Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Built in 2017 this craftsman style house has all new furnishings including top of the line kitchen appliances, king and queen beds, twin bed, toddler bed, PacknPlay for infants, two twin-size floor mattresses, a large sectional couch in the TV room, leather couch with power recliners in the sunroom and an Amish built large dining room table. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.

The space
The house has a beautiful sunroom that looks out to a large back yard with a creek, the remnants of an old apple tree and three pear trees that attract deer, birds and other wildlife. Enjoy the peaceful setting while sitting at the sunroom game table or outside relaxing on the deck.

Games, books and puzzles are available as well as lots of DVD’s to watch on the large screen tv in the bonus room. An outdoor ping pong table is located on the patio just outside the sunroom. Corn hole boards and bags are in the garage and can be set up in the front yard.

The kitchen has everything you need including extras such as a crockpot, popcorn popper, sandwich maker, ice cream maker, toaster, hand mixer and more. A charcoal grill (charcoal included) is available for use on our outdoor patio overlooking the spacious backyard bordering “Haw Creek.” (You may even catch a glimpse of Miss Piggy, our resident groundhog that lives in the backyard near the creek). Many resident and migrating birds come to our bird feeders located right outside the sunroom windows. Use the binoculars and bird field guide books to help you identify them.

The Hobby House is close to lots of restaurants for guests who like to eat out. Market Square, located 10-15 minutes away, is a fun place to go to in downtown Knoxville. Knoxville also is proud of its beautiful and ever-expanding zoo complete with special indoor and outdoor play areas for children. For hikers and sightseeing the Great Smoky Mtns. are a must see and are within 45 minutes driving time. Stop in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg for fun and entertainment and lots of shopping at the outlet malls. The University of TN/Neyland Stadium is within 15 minutes and is located on the beautiful Tennessee River.

We look forward to hosting our guests and are confident you will love visiting the Knoxville area.

Guests have access to all of the house. The attached two-car secure garage is also available for use at this time.

Other things to note
Easy access to Interstates 75 and 40 and within a mile or two of a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping areas.

In the backyard is our Knoxville Little House. It has its own dedicated use space including a pavilion and Koi pond. We usually have one or at most two guests.
