Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 sqm for 2 ( to 4) people on 2 levels - on the light-flooded upper floor is the sleeping area. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door- the rest is open.

We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the paints are from chalk age, the water-based paints.

The space
When you enter the house you are in a different world- tranquility and coziness determine the amenities. The living/dining area with underfloor heating and unique views of the old Koog conveys a feeling of rest and relaxation from the beginning. The kitchen with gas stove is fully equipped and invites you to cook and chat.

My favorite room, however, is the bathroom-a touch of old pink with gold and vintage mirrors and cupboards go wonderfully with the modern, walk-in Raindro shower.

Everywhere you go, you can feel the atmosphere of our unique North Frisian construction.

The wooden staircase leads to the light-flooded upper floor with four-poster bed 160x 200 cm with high-quality mattress.

The alcove can accommodate 2 people on 140 x 200 cm.

The sofa is also suitable for sleeping with 90x 200 cm and a firm mattress and would therefore be sleeping place number 5- if things come differently;-)

The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and not 08/15, very consciously we gave light and spaciousness the priority over storage space, hooks and "everyone's dessert".

Next door, completely separated from each other, is the great fortune on 140 sqm - each lot with its own entrance and its own terrace, located on a busy economic path and 1 hectare dike plot to "look into the sky" and camp.....

Ich bin Martje , veheiratet mit Olaf, der diesem schönen Haus über Jahre die Seele wieder gegeben hat. Mit 3 Söhnen leben wir in Eiderstedt und lieben die Weite und die Natur. Auf unseren eigenen Reisen habe ich mich immer gefragt, warum manche Ferienhäuser so lieblos und teilweise abgerockt waren. Ich liebe Menschen und Kontakte und schöne Dinge und irgendwann wuchs der Wunsch, selbst Gastegeberin zu sein- das haben wir mit den guten Stuben jetzt verwirklicht und hoffen, das Du Dich genau so in dieses Fleckchen Erde verliebst, wie wir.
