This apartment is located in the popular Bergman Kiez. It is an incredible apartment with wooden floors, perfect for a romantic getaway in Berlin. The neighborhood offers very many cultural experiences: restaurants, cozy cafes, and lots of shopping opportunities. There are bicycles available to explore the surrounding area properly, and public transportation is close, fast, and easy. The next U-Bahn Station is Gneisenaustraße, only a few minutes walk down the street.
The living- and bedroom are combined in one big bright room. The beautiful canopy bed is romantically designed. The room amazes with its warm red and cream-coloured furnishing. There is an extra room, where you can work on the desk or dine at the kitchenette table for four persons. This room leads to the fully equipped kitchen.
There is also an optional 'baby package' for young families. Included is a baby tub, baby cot, and a baby seat for the bicycles. Just ask for details.
If you have any more questions concerning the apartment, do not hesitate to send me a message. (Note: there was a water-bed in this apartment, but has been replaced with a regular bed, due to mixed feedback)
Hoping to see you soon!
Other Things to Note
Berlin has 5% city tax. This is not included in the price. It is possible to opt out of paying the city tax if you are in Berlin on business.
Please no Illegal filesharing, it has happened before, and is quite expensive in Germany (5001 Euros!) If you use the internet, you are consenting that you take responsibility for the cost of your uploads.
Please be quieter after 10, it is German law, and the neighbors are not on vacation..
Please make sure the number you have listed is a mobile number where you can be reached in case there is a problem.
Check-ins after 21.00 are 10 Euros more per started hour.
Other than that, rock on and have fun.
Great experience. Everything was as advertised and handled smoothly and professionally. Perfect location and beautiful apartment.
Great, central location for exploring Berlin.
Plenty of cool shops to check out, lots of different dining options, and very close to the U-Bahn.
The place itself is bright and spacious, well-equipped with kitchen supplies, and a washing machine... And a blowdryer (ladies, I know you were wondering).
Just a note: when we booked the place, the description said there were bicycles included, but when we arrived we learned that there may have only been one (we needed two) and it wasn't it good repair. Not a big deal, there are bike rental places nearby and it was pretty chilly during our stay. FYI nonetheless - be sure to ask if it'll be a deal-breaker for you.
Fantastic place in a great neighborhood, and clearly goes the extra mile to make sure guests are well taken care of and informed. Lots of good places to eat around there and easy access to the subway. Hard to beat that!
Had a great trip in Berlin. Apartment is located in a great area - lots of bars, restaurants and near the U Bahn so a good base for exploring the rest of the city. Eric was great at responding quickly and the girl who met us (sorry I can't remember her name) was very helpful too.
If the road to hell is paved with good intentions, booking with Eric's Berlin Cribs can get you there in the fast lane. ISSUES: (1)
MISREPRESENTATION of the property in the listings and repeated the misrepresentations when asked for verification [no clothes dryer and un-secure wifi] (2) FAILED PREPARATION of the property for a guest [stuffy unpleasant odor] (3) INSUFFICIENT REMEDIES despite being given numerous opportunities to correct the situation (4) SAFETY RISK [stuck front door] (5) SECURITY RISK [potential identity theft through open, unsecured wifi network] (6) VIOLATED AirBnb RULES for payment (7) EXCUSES and WASTED TIME with little in the way of remedies. I'm a seasoned and resilient enough traveler to deal with these annoyances and protect myself. Others may not be. The moral of this story: never try to teach a pig to sing. You will frustrate yourself and piss off the pig.
An excellent apartment, can't recommend it and the service highly enough, very thoughtful attention to detail. Central location for many sights, great food nearby. I loved it.

I'm down to earth, like to meet new people, be with friends, travel, cook, eat, drink, snowboard---not necessarily in that order. When I have the time, I like to work with plastic, making art or objects. I am currently building a startup for specialty printing (feel free to ask ;) of art.
I came to Berlin in 2006, absolutely loved the city, and decided to stay. Originally I wanted to open a hostel here, but now I host in apartments instead. Most of the flats I have listed here are from other owners, I take care of them in their absence. Working with multiple apartments can be quite hard work, but my favorite part is meeting with my guests, it is very rewarding.
I know my way around Berlin pretty well, and can give good tips on where to go when you are in the city. I do my best to make sure the flats are accommodating and comfortable, as I am a traveler myself.
I have an agency, we are now a team of 5 people working together, so do not be surprised if you get an answer from Szandra on my account or if you meet someone altogether different at the apartment, you will be well taken care of, and you can always reach someone who can help you out if need be.
People are important! We will do our best to satisfy your needs. Our apartments are kept very clean, and we respond to all feedback. Professionally cleaned sheets and towels are included, so is a hair dryer and iron. You will also find little comforts in our apartments, such as tea, books, spices... Calendars are up to date, and we are on time. We work hard so you can enjoy your vacation!
