PROS: 7-9 min drive/bike to Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale. Pet friendly, dog door, professional cleaning, & Keurig coffee to wake up happy! Small private yard with Washer/Dryer!

CONS: Very safe city, but NOT luxury Scottsdale neighborhood. Up-and-coming downtown area.

The space
This location is great due to its proximity to Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale. It is an up-and-coming neighborhood, but it's in the City of Scottsdale, one of the safest cities in the country! Less than 10 minutes drive or bike to tons of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Each unit in the complex is on the smaller side.

This unit has a small private backyard with a doggie door. Also in the backyard are your own washer/dryer units.

Guest access
You have full access to the entire condo and common community areas. If you have kids, we have a pack n play and high chair if you want to borrow. Let us know ahead of time so we reserve it for you!

Other things to note
We use Glade air fresheners for the units. Most of our guests love it, but if you’re sensitive to fragrance we’ll gladly remove it and do our best to air out the scent before your arrival.

These units are professionally treated for pest control. Please let us know if you see anything so we can have the unit treated right away.

Less than a half mile away is Paiute Park, an 8 acre park with playground, splash pad (summer), tennis, basketball, and soccer field.

I graduated college in 2004 as a civil engineer and worked on big development projects like the W Hotel and the Scottsdale Quarter. I left engineering after a few years to invest and flip properties. From there, I got my real estate license and started selling luxury real estate, while starting our own real estate investments. In 2015 we converted our first long term rental into an Airbnb and loved the hospitality business so much that we started doing more. I really love my guests and find that they take such good care of my properties. We now have a number of long term rentals and Airbnbs. I like using the same products in my Airbnbs as I use in my home. I'm a huge Costco fanatic and 90% of our supplies come from there! We love making our rentals feel like home, while still keeping our business professional. Our rentals are all managed by family and family businesses, such as my cousin Pirouz and our awesome cleaning crew. I live in Scottsdale with my wife and daughter. My wife works in the business too, designing all the rentals. We love Arizona as much as we love exploring the rest of the world! Some of our most interesting travel spots have been Malaysia, Iran, and Thailand. I enjoy golf, biking, squash, ping pong, mountain biking, and hiking.
