The space
42 sqm apartment with balcony on the 1st floor of a quiet residential building in the center of Cologne. The kitchen-living room features a sofa, dining table, and a simple but fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. The separate bedroom has a box spring bed (180 cm width), wardrobe, iron & ironing board, armchair, TV, and workspace. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer.

Free Wi-Fi is available.
A weekly cleaning service (including the change of bed sheets & towels) is available upon request for €66 per week.
For longer rentals, a private mailbox is available upon request.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of Zülpicher Platz which belongs to the Altstadt-Süd district. There are a variety of restaurants, bars, and pubs around Zülpicher Platz, but shops for everyday needs are also nearby. The apartment building is only about a 5-minute walk from Cologne's famous shopping streets around Neumarkt and about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral. The nearest stop is Zülpicher Platz, from where trams (lines 9, 12, 15) run to all important destinations in Cologne. Alternatively, the Barbarossaplatz stop (lines 12, 15, 16, 18) can also be reached in a few minutes’ walking distance. The Cologne South regional train station is also about a 10-minute walk away, with regional connections to Bonn/Koblenz, Düsseldorf, Eifel, etc.
