You're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area features cozy furniture and a crackling fireplace, creating the ideal spot for relaxation after a day of adventure. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the adjacent dining area.
The house boasts multiple bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Outside, a deck patio provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the forest views.
Inside, you'll find an open and spacious layout that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The interiors are bright and airy, with stylish decorations that blend well with the natural surroundings.
The house has two full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The living area features a cozy fireplace, ideal for evening get-togethers, and a Family room with a top-of-the-line entertainment system. You can enjoy a 75" Smart UHD Smart screen TV with a 500-watt Surround Sound System, including installed apps such as MAX, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and more. You'll be able to log in with your credentials.
A 6-person hot tub is located in the backyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after exploring the nearby woods. The retreat includes a Game Room with a Pool Table, a Foosball table, and a Ping-Pong Table for entertainment. For those focused on wellness, there's a dedicated Yoga area, a Static Bicycle, and a treadmill to help you stay fit during your stay.

Bedroom linens and Bathroom towels:
We will provide clean and washed sheets and towel sets for each guest. The beds will also be ready. Bedroom linens are provided but not exchanged during your stay.
Guestbook Manual:
A guestbook binder with the most essential information about the house will be on the kitchen table. We will also provide a link to our online version of the Guestbook. Please take a moment to review it upon arrival—an envelope containing four badges to access the swimming pools during the summer season (June-August). Please return them when you check out.
Beach, Lake, and Pool towels will not be provided during your stay. Please bring your own.
Please avoid loud noises outside after 10 p.m. and do not exceed the posted speed limit in the development (25 mph max). The community police will issue tickets for violations, and you will be held responsible.
The cost/value of your reservation is automatically created when you select your dates and the total number of guests, including pets. The security deposit is charged only if there are damages, otherwise no upfront fees or charges.
We will provide a starter set of garbage bags, toilet tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap, but we will not replenish them during your stay.

Neighborhood highlights
Nestled in one of the quietest areas in a private community, a Natural Preserve bog surrounded the property and built up a mixture of seasonal and year-round residents. All of them hold this beautiful area and each other in great respect. Although the houses are not relatively close, we all have a mutual understanding of privacy.
