Owner lives upstairs Access to the Intracoastal Waterway and boat ramp for easy launch of boat or kayak. Recreation area with Gazebo and grilling and refrigerator. Great for fishing and boat watching! Private swimming pool. Only a few miles to the beach.
Peaceful poolside retreat & super convenient to all Holden Beach has to offer.
