Beautiful apartment, the best neighborhood, very kind host, comfortable bed. What more could you ask for? :)
Xavier's apartment was like something out of an interior design magazine. Not only was it spectacular but it was also centrally located. Xavier was a gracious and welcoming host and was very informative of the area.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Xavier. He is a really lovely guy and the apartment was amazing. Our room was gorgeous and we loved the apartments decor. Xavier was extremely helpful and we would definitely recommend his apartment to anyone that would like to go to Barcelona.
Xavier was an awesome host. He was especially helpful in giving me a brief introduction to the city. He was also very happy to answer any other questions I had. Furthermore, the place is as beautiful as the pictures look. My only regret is that I didn't get to stay any longer.
For travellers with huge luggages, though, do note that there are no elevators and will need to carry up And down the stairs. Small issue though.
My stay was perfect in every way. The apartment was exactly as described with a very quiet, restful and private ambience. Xavier was a gracious, helpful host. It was exceptionally clean and very well located. If I have the pleasure of returning to Barcelona I would look no further than this wonderful location, apartment and host.
Xavier is a great host - very friendly, service-oriented, warm and welcoming. And the apartment is a little jewel: tasteful, stylish, clean, comfortable and the bedrooms do have a very nice size. The rooftop terrace is a highlight and the view makes you feel as a local. You are literally in the heart of Barcelona's district Born and around the corner you'll find little cafés and bars such as the bakery BarcelonaReykjavic where organic and veggie, even gluten-free food is waiting for you besides the most friendly Spanish people you've ever met.
