Check In
  • Our stay at the home was great - the house is clean and beds were comfortable. The house is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Sonoma. Thorne was a pleasure to deal with - excellent and quick communications, very friendly and thoughtful. He had coffee for the mornings and even a bottle of wine chilling for us upon arrival. He let us store some of our wine purchases and bags there until late in the day - much appreciated.

  • We had a wonderful time at Thorne's house and would strongly recommend staying here to everyone. We were thee adult couples and the house provided more than enough space for all of us room. It was great to wake up and have a cup of coffee while we sat on the backyard deck and eased into the day. The home is warm and inviting. Thorne gave us wonderful advice on places to visit as well. We could not have asked for a nicer host or more comfortable place to stay and would stay here again.

  • I stayed in Thorne's home for a bachelorette weekend for my sister and 3 of our close friends. The house was very clean and comfortably accommodated all 5 of us. A good hangout for relaxing in between wine tastings. Great location close to Sonoma Square and many wineries. Thorne showed us around the house when we got there, including leaving us Sonoma winery maps and some 2 for 1 tasting deals. Afterwards, he gave us lots of privacy, but was around if we needed him. We would definitely come back!

  • Thorne is AMAZING! We were unsure exactly as to when we would be able to arrive at Thorne's home and he was incredibly flexible with any changes we had to make last minute. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, Thorne took us on a tour of his home when we arrived and gave us great suggestions on wineries and restaurants to check out while we were in Sonoma. He even gave us a route for a bike tour we should embark (should we choose) and shared a lot of insider information that only locals would know. The home itself was lovely, and the beds were quite comfy! Everything was very clean and tidy and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thorne made it especially easy to check in and out and we couldn't have asked for more!

  • Great location, quiet neighbouhood. Thorne is a great host! We are a family with young kids, Thorne was very welcoming. Playground is across the street. Kitchen has everything you need and we were welcomed to use fresh herbs from the garden. This really feels like a home unlike many rentals. Loved our stay!

  • Great location for Sonoma. House was beautiful with plenty of space for a group of 4. Thorne was welcoming and pleasant - even offering up the contents of his garden for our usage (which we did not have a chance to use, but they looked delicious). Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again at some point!
