The space
Private parking space in the back, plenty of free street parking. Stove, oven, microwave, cooking and serving supplies are all there. Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, etc are provided. 40amp EV charger, 60 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet in the back of the house.

Guest access
Street parking and 1 spot in the back lot. Frequent bus route going up Centre Ave. The YMCA is 2 blocks away and has $10 day passes.

Other things to note
Please load and run the dishwasher before you leave. Strip the beds you sleep in.

The YMCA is 2 blocks away and allows for $10 passes with any ID as long as it is in English. There aren’t too many restaurants within a few blocks, but there’s a coffee shop a few blocks away. There’s a nice playground at August Wilson park, a few blocks away.

I lived in an apartment while going to Pitt, until I bought the townhouse in 2006. It was super convenient to walk to work downtown, get into Oakland, meet up with friends all over the city, and see all the development in the Hill District. Currently, I reside in Bethel Park with my 2 daughters.
