  • Our family of 15 stayed at the Chambines Chateau for a week this summer. We had a marvelous time. Isabelle was there to greet those first to arrive from our party to provide some snacks and talk a bit about the area. She provided several suggestions that we utilized. There was plenty of space for 15 and we didn't feel at all cramped. Many of us enjoyed the heated pool, but especially the little ones. It was a short 15 minute ride to the train station, and then 50 minutes into Paris. It was very efficient and manageable. We spent another day exploring the local town and markets, and then another day we travelled to the Normande shore to explore the Memorials. Another day we spent at Giverny and will have memories of a lifetime from the Monet Garden and museum. The house was well equipped and we were able to cook for our large group with ease. We also had plenty of seating whether inside the solarium or outside at the tables near the playing areas. My kids also enjoyed feeding the horses on either side of us carrots every afternoon. Just once caution, watch out for the "no-seeum" bugs in the tall grasses! Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We had an issue with hot water at the main house, and Isabelle promptly took care of it once we communicated the issue.

  • The apartment was incredible! Better than the pictures! I loved everything, my only issue would be that Dominique who took care of the apartment would let himself in several times a day unannounced and unplanned which was not wanted. Other than that the place was great!

  • Our stay at the loft was exceptional. The moment we arrived we were greatest and all our questions answered. Breakfast was served daily and once again any extra details could be addressed in the mornings. Beds were outstanding and everyone awoke smiling and happy. Metro was less than 3 minutes away and groceries could be found within a minute walk.
One piece of advice for those travelling abroad would be to bring wash clothes in their luggage.

  • This wonderful loft allowed my family of 12 to have an amazing time together in Paris!
About Pierre and Dominique and their hospitality: From booking to checkout, they were welcoming, accommodating, flexible and responsive.
The home: Safe, functional and beautiful - on a quiet street with a playground across the street. The kitchen and the large dining room table were perfect for family breakfasts and dinners. We did also spend some time on the beautyfull terrasse for meals or relaxing.
About the location: A bakery, butcher shop and grocery store are all very convenient to the home. Many wonderful restaurants are nearby.

Overall: Dominique (email hidden) and I would strongly recommend the Loft for future travelers to Paris!

  • We stayed in the loft with 10 persons during Easter. Our host made us feel very welcome.
The place is very spacious with all kind of music and tv equipment. Of course wifi etc. Although some of us complained about the length of the beds, the place is very comfortable and pleasant
It is located in a quit en relaxed area. You have to walk about 1,5 km to the metro, where you can also rent bikes.
There are a few restaurants nearby and a few shops to buy whatever you need. Some restaurants are closed on Sunday, so we ordered takeaway Sushi from a place around the corner. That was excellent and very reasonable value for money.
The breakfast was more than what we are used to in France.
Parking can be done in the underground garage across the street at 14€ /day.
Overall, very good place to stay.

  • This Normandy house is nothing less than enchanting. We came there for a family reunion of 5 couples and 6 kids and everyone had a blast. The location is awesome. Close enough to Paris (1H drive) but still rural amidst quaint hamlets and green surroundings. There is a river just outside the dining hall with fantastic views. Plenty of things to do in the house: swimming (heated pool), bocci, ping pong, badminton, were our favorites.
We also traveled to the beach to see the D-Day museum, and to near by attractions. There are several supermarkets close by and some superb restaurants.
The host, Isabelle, was great and helped us with everything.
If you are looking for privacy, fun, and grandeur, look no further.

  • This house is simply amazing. It was everything promised and yet so much more. While we had seen the pictures, our first words were "Wow!" when we walked in. Dominique was there to welcome us and help us settle in. The house was clean, the showers, steam shower and jacuzzi tubs were a welcome relief after a long day of touring the city, and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and has everything you could need including shops for cheese, meat, wine, and bread as well as a variety of restaurants (all of which provided terrific food and friendly service to a group of Americans that knew little to no French). The Monoprix is a terrific grocery store and so easy to get to. The train station is an easy walk and easily accesses Saint Lazarre, which will get you everywhere. Dominique was wonderful and provided a tasty breakfast and a cheery smile every morning and took the time to make sure we knew where we were going for the day and offered to help in any way that he could. The only negative thing I could say is we wish we had access to the washer and dryer, though there is a laundry facility in the neighborhood if it is really needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris!

  • Our family consisted of two grandparents, 1 toddler, and 1 infant and we all had a wonderful stay at Le Loft d'Isabelle. The booking process with Pierre went very smoothly and he was extremely helpful with my questions. Dominique was our host and came every morning to prepare a lovely breakfast with several delicious options. He was very friendly and helpful with all my family's needs. The loft is beautifully appointed and very comfortable for us all. We loved the natural light and olive tree and the couches were super comfy. Also street parking was not too difficult and there is a public garage close by. The town if Courbevoie is lovely and the people friendly. The location of the loft was very convenient to grocery, post office, train, parks, etc. The only thing that I would recommend is to clarify the availability of the washer and dryer. The machines were located in the basement which was off limits to guests. This wasn't a huge problem as Dominique was extremely accommodating and helped us with our laundry needs. Also the alarm system was unintentionally armed by the owner during the second day of our stay and went off when we got back. It was very very loud! We were given the wrong code to disarm it but thankfully Dominique came by as soon as he could and sorted everything out.

  • Our stay at Le Loft Isabelle was lovely. We were a group of 7 staying for four days in Paris before our wedding in Bourgogne. It was a great way to be together and we all agreed this was SO much better than staying in multiple hotel rooms. We enjoyed lunch on the terrace, wine and beers in the living room, family breakfast, and the bride relaxed in the steam room! I was a bit nervous about staying too far outside of Paris, but there was no need. It was zn extremely easy 5-6 minute walk to the train station and arrive directly to Saint Lazare. From there you can take the metro anywhere. In fact, it was nicer to come "home" away from touristy areas. As everyone mentioned, Dominique, the breakfast, kitchen, steam room, and decor were all wonderful. We too thought the loft looked even better in reality than the photos. Groceries and restaurants were close by. My new husband and I would LOVE to stay there again with a group of friends. Highly recommended!

  • Goods: 3 really nice bathrooms, awesome kitchen, tons of space, in floor heating, very nice breakfast, 5 min walk to a rail line that takes you right to St Lazare (a major hub). The neighborhood is amazing with a grocery store and restaurants close by. Easy fit two couples with teenage and younger kids - 9 people altogether. Breakfast was good and Dominique did a nice job helping get taxis and giving us directions.

Others (minor): Ants on the floor, difficult to control the heat on the first floor bedrooms, would have been nice to have a welcome basket with some water and didn't have access to any in-house laundry facilities.

Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended for family's or a large group.
