Spacious and bright, tastefully furnished, recently renovated and boasts a sunny, private terrace. Walking distance from the EU offices, the city centre and public transport hubs. 2nd floor of a period house, completely independent. No elevator.
The apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood at walking distance from the main EU offices, the city centre and public transport hubs. The neighbourhood is just behind some of Brussels' most famous Art Nouveau Squares and parks (Ambiorix, Marie Louise).
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a period house built in the end of the 19th century, with high ceilings and big rooms (please note that there is no elevator). We (your hosts) live in the rest of the house, but the apartment is completely independent.
We are an Italian / British couple, available to help and are happy to provide information that would help you to have a smooth and pleasant stay. Between us, we speak English, Italian, French and German.

When we are not around you will be welcome by our house keeper. She speaks French, Portuguese and Spanish and can help you with anything concerning the house. We are anyway always contactable via phone or email.
Other Things to Note
This apartment is not suitable for children less than 8 years old.
***NORMAL CHECK IN is from 14 till 17 hrs.
***LATE CHECK IN before 20 hrs is possible with a little extra fee of 15 euro. If you need to check in after 20 hrs, the fee is 30 euro. This fee is asked as a small contribution towards the metro and/or taxi our housekeeper has to take to come from her home, leave her family and social activities outside her working hours and come and meet you at your convenience. It is to be paid directly to her in cash.
*** EARLY CHECK IN before 14 hrs is possible if there are no guests leaving the same day.
***NORMAL CHECK OUT is before 10 o'clock.
*** EARLY CHECK OUT is no problem and can be arranged with the housekeeper.
***LATE CHECK OUT no later than 14 hrs is only possible if there are no other guests coming in the same day into the apartment.
- NO pets, NO smoking, NO parties.
- No third party allowed in the apartment without prior notice and consent.
- There is NO air-conditioning in the apartment.
- Also available for long term rentals, ask for special rates and conditions.
- The apartment is NOT a PARTY apartment. We ask our guest to respect the tranquility of the other inhabitants. If you disrespecting this we will ask you to leave immediately without refund.
- You are renting a private apartment, NOT a hotel room, so daily cleaning and breakfast are NOT included in the price. However our housekeeper is available for you and is charged at an hourly rate.
- When leaving the apartment we expect you to leave it in a properly state. Any damage or extra cleaning will be deducted from your guarantee.

Nor for the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who may supply or control main services, or any action taken in the vicinity of the property reserved, by any authority or persons over which we have no control. We cannot accept any liability for the heating system, or any household appliance breaking down. Urgent steps will be taken for a local helper to rectify any problem.

It is a very nice flat, well situated and clean. We had a very good stay there. The owners gave us many information and helped us while we stayed there.
As always it was great to stay at this apartment in which everything is nice and which I can recommend to everyone who is in Brussels for work or pleasure. Well situated between European institutions, quite and very comfortable.
Living in Brussels I needed a place to stay for 2 nights and it was my first experience with Airbnb. What Can I say? Excellent apartment with full kitchen, nespresso coffee machine with pads & convenient location around European district and nearby public transportation. Supermarkets are also located nearby. I highly recommend without hesitation this apartment for people visiting Brussels. It was for me a nice place to relax. Good and useful information/tips about places to go is available in the apartment.
This is such a superb apartment that I am reluctant to give it a good review in case it's booked when I next visit! It's bright, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and even nicer than the photos. The terrace is especially nice in these warm summer days. It's in a quiet street and the apartment is very peaceful at night. Rehan is an excellent host - he solved a problem with the TV quickly and efficiently. I was working in Place Rogier - a pleasant 20 minute walk. Good shops and decent restaurants in easy walking distance. So, all-in-all, very highly recommended.
Excellent apartment, excellent hosts. Convenient location. I recommend highly without hesitation. Apartment very well maintained, a nice place to relax. Hosts very responsive and responsible--worked with me around an early arrival, offered a friendly coffee when I showed up, and stayed available as needed. Also, they have set up the apartment very usefully for their guests and even have pre-pared information and materials very helpful for the visitor to Brussels.
