This is not a shared cottage. We own the main house next door as well.
Guest have their own driveway, deck, BBQ area, etc.

Other things to note
Your pet (dog or cat) is welcome ($25 pet fee applies).

Since the cottage is surrounded by trees it will have its share of mosquitos and no see ums.
If window is left open at night and a light is on in a room small bugs may come through.
Therefore, we recommend closing all windows before dusk to prevent this.
All our cottages are treated for bugs/ants by Fowler Pest Control.

Please smoke outside.
No loud get togethers as this is a quiet neighborhood.
