No smoking indoors.

Dejligt, rent hus. Gamle møbler og knirkende gulve med masser af charme. Et hus med have i Williamsburg er guld værd efter en travl dag på Manhattan. Der er masser af shopping muligheder og gode take-away restauranter.
Older home in an amazing location close to everything in Williamsburg. The home is well kept and maintained. No problems at all. The back yard is a peaceful break from the hustle & bustle outside. I'd definitely go back again.
Great location. Immaculately clean and comfortable beds. A bonus after a trans Atlantic flight. Quirky and fun house. We really enjoyed our stay. Nicolas was readily available had we needed anything.
One of the best AirBnb experiences I've ever had, and hands down the best accomodations I've ever been to in NYC. You won't believe that this type of place (i.e., a large clean house with a backyard) even exists in Williamsburg. We didn't see much of Nicholas but he was quick to answer any questions I had and check in/out was smooth. Can't recommend this highly enough.
What a great accommodation and location!! :-)
Easy access to all of New York by L-train. We highly recommend this property.
Great neighbourhood and lovely house - homely and comfortable with everything we needed. Great backyard for our son to explore also! The house was full of fantastic toys and books for him. As well as a child-size piano and jukebox, he was in his element!
The subway was less than a 5minute walk and well connected. The river, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops were all very close-by and incredibly tempting! We could have happily stayed much much longer!
Nicholas was helpful and flexible both before we arrived and throughout our stay, offering prompt assistance when we had questions or concerns.
The home was clean and spacious, allowing our family of five adults to have personal space as well as shared living space. We appreciated having a kitchen, so we could have breakfasts in, and a living room where we could all "hang out."
Nearness to the L subway line made it easy to get to and from the airport, as well as to Manhattan daily. Proximity to grocery and markets, as well as coffee shops, was also a plus.

About the Host, Nicholas
Our family of five spent 10 great years in this house, We moved some distance away a couple years ago.
I come in for film & radio production work occasionally and stay in the basement and/or back house.
Our neighbors down the street take care of the house.
The home has a lot of our life in it still, and our kids were born there.
It's a keeper.
