We loved staying at this riad so much that we extended our stay. It's a really clean, comfortable room and ensuite and there is the most gorgeous terrace to relax in. The a/c worked really well which was a big plus for us as we were there during the hottest time in Marrakech. Really good location as well, easy walk to Jemaa el fna and there are taxis close by too.
Excellent location of the riad, amazing terrace and backyard, lovely rooms!! Very very clean!! The hosts and especially Dila are very friendly and nice! The best riad to find in Marrakesh!
This riad is very well located among the souks, and walking distance to the main square and the Jardin Majorelle. It was difficult to get our bags to the riad though, on those winding cobbled streets. The host was nice about it when I had to run to the ATM to get enough cash to cover the extra charges not included in the room price, and she helped me carry my heavy bags to the taxi. It was my own fault for forgetting the fine print after staying in so many other places. However, I really think breakfast and the cleaning fee should be included in the overall price and not extra fees you have to pay in cash. I travelled around Morocco for over a week, staying in riads the whole time, and not one other place charged extra for breakfast or cleaning. Also, if you don't speak French, you will have trouble communicating with the hosts. The riad is pretty, though, and the shower was excellent, which I appreciated at the end of my trip.
Very lovely place to stay! Beautiful riad, good location nearby the famous Djemaa el Fna. Very lovely hosts Dila and Rachida, thank you for everything! :)

My friend and I were traveling to Marrakech for the first time and everything about our stay was pleasant! From the beginning, Leila and her staff were communicating with us and helping us plan an itinerary and book excursions at our request. We arranged a taxi from the airport (which I would recommend for your first night into the city if you get in late and haven't been before because it can be overwhelming and locals try to "show you the way" to get a tip). Our house manager got us from the taxi and brought our bags up, served us hot tea ("Berber whiskey") at our arrival and helped us get food at a late hour after most restaurants had closed for the night. They offer a great breakfast option for only $4 a day (worth it) and is lovely to eat on the beautiful terrace. This is a wonderful escape from a busy city, but still close to everything you'd need. Be sure to communicate your needs early on and clearly with staff (check in/out times, breakfast time, taxi arrangement and money) to avoid communication error and that someone is on hand to assist you. Someone isn't at the riad 24/7, only specific times during the day. Also cleaning fees add up, so ask about pricing to avoid being charged a lot extra for maps, water, etc. Our room was also comfortable and clean! Highly recommend!
Very nice Riad! Perfect location in the heart of the Medina. Easy to find thanks to excellent desciption by host. Delicious breakfast served on the beautiful roof top in the morning.
There was only one downside to me: the mattress was very uncomfortable. Hard and "uneven".
