There is seating for four and a large swiveling chair set in the bay to allow you to enjoy the view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There is also a cloakroom on this level.
Both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor. The Lookout has views across Porthmeor Beach and Clodgy and The Lighthouse looks out across the bay towards Gwithian and the Godrevy Lighthouse. Each bedroom has TV and DVD players. The Lighthouse can be set up as a double or twin by prior arrangement.
The bathroom with bath/shower is located on the second floor.

Guests visiting St Ives to explore its rich artistic history will be delighted that both the Tate and The Barbara Hepworth Museum are a few moments from the apartments.
The harbour, with its mazy, cobbled streets, restaurants and quirky shops, is only a short stroll away. Porthmeor Beach is popular with surfers and body boarders, whilst Porthminster and Porthgwidden Beaches enjoy more tranquil waves and are ideal for youngers families

My mum and I stayed at Johns place - Seacrest2. From the very start, John sent detailed directions and contact information and was always quick to reply to any email I sent. Seacrest2 is an incredibly clean and nicely laid out apartment, which consists of two levels. We felt very at home and loved the swivel chair that he had in the bay view window - great views. Perfect for watching the surf while reading your book - very relaxing. Beds were very comfy and from both rooms there were views of the sea. John had supplied folders full of information of things that could be done. The flat was nicely equipped with everything that we needed. Have already recommended it to friends and family.
The apartment was great, just as described. Sadly the advertised on site parking is not so good. We had to drive to the very narrow lane way behind the house. It is two way and extremely tight, if another vehicle is coming one has to reverse out of the lane. The extensive "terms and conditions" found in the flat state that it is the guests responsibly to ask about the parking when booking and that claims for alternative parking will not be entertained. The majority of cars and walls in the alley are scratched and scraped. Our hire car was scraped and sadly this and the excess charges faced from the hire company ruined our holiday. If the hosts were more upfront about the parking situation we would have hired a smaller car or taken the train. A shame as we enjoyed everything else about St.Ives and the apartment.
I am sorry for the problems you encountered. We have paid for several guest to stay in the large public car park - a simple phone call could have resolved your (website hidden) Ives has very narrow streets and our letter to all guests make it clear that the lane is narrow (like most in the town). I am not sure how more upfront you wanted us to be!
We do recognise that the space is tight for two large cars and an additional space is planned for the front of the apartment.
