The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
This historic 1924 bungalow style home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Great comfortable home with a lot of windows, and living/dining room for family gatherings. Large deck is located at the back of the house and has a private fenced back yard. Plenty of off street parking with a gate at the back of the driveway that can be locked to store motorcycles or a car. One mile to the Historic Strand District. A seven minute walk to the Seawall, shopping and great restaurants.

This great house is located just a few blocks from the beach.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, long driveway with gate, beautiful backyard with deck and grill, cozy front porch.

Other things to note
Dogs are welcome with owner approval, $50.00/nonrefundable pet fee per dog per stay. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home and up to date on flea/tick prevention.
