Brand new one bedroom unit located in the downtown district of Lewisporte, NL. It is about a 5 minute walk from the Marina and close to the bank, pubs and local stores. This unit is compact with all the essentials. However, it does NOT have a stove/oven but instead has a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, hotpot, dishes, towels, etc and mini fridge. Washer and dryer. Has 2 large 40" flat screen smart t.v with satellite dish. free wifi with high speed internet. Lots of parking.

Very compact..it do not have much of a view, however very modern decor and all newly renovated.
