Spacious attic apartment on two levels (approx. 100sqm) with small balcony and plank floor. Directly in Füssen overlooking the mountains and Neuschwanstein Castle. Füssen's city center is 5 min. walk from here with plenty of sights, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Free parking spot outside the house. Internet access and satellite TV.

The space
The spacious attic apartment with approx. 100sqm runs on two levels. In all rooms are beautiful old wooden planks and partly old wooden beams. The cozy studio with large double bed (2x2m), sofa and TV (satellite and internet connection) is located on the pointed floor. In the lower area you can go outside through 3 large terrace doors to the small balcony. There is also the dining table and another sofa. Two bedrooms are equipped with doors: the large bedroom with a 1.60x2m bed and many comfortable wardrobes and another smaller bedroom with a 1.40x2m bed. This room can also be used as a children's room if required and is fully equipped with socket fuses and a small selection of toys. The bathroom is newly renovated and designed in a modern concrete look and has a beautiful and high-quality walk-in shower. Also the kitchen is new and fully equipped, incl. Dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, oven and stove and Internet radio. From the balcony and skylights you can see Neuschwanstein Castle and the mountains.
