This lovely all-season mountain property is located on the east side of Grand Mesa--world's largest flattop mountain. Private/keyed access to the light-filled lower level of the home enjoying beautiful views. Paved-road to property within minutes of trails for hiking, atvs, mountain biking as well as many lakes for summer enjoyment--nordic and downhill skiing in the winter.

Property has areas suitable for walking or relaxing down at the gazebo accompanied by the music of the flowing creek.
