Fabulous. The second I opened the door, I felt I was at home. She left candles and sweet smelling things. It was very welcoming. Kelly was super helpful with ideas on where to eat and enjoy our time. I'd stay again in a heartbeat
Kelly is extremely likable and her place is charming. We enjoyed meeting and talking with her. She had some recommendations for activities and restaurants that we were happy to receive. Her apartment is one of several in the building and it was spotlessly clean, and quiet. She had plenty of small cosmetic items (shampoo, etc) for our use, which were greatly appreciated. The location was super--a 15-20 minute walk to downtown, and an even shorter walk to a couple of coffee shops and brewpubs. The only drawbacks were that the air conditioning was a bit troublesome, and we had to make some last minute schedule adjustments due to an unanticipated visit from her landlord. If not for that, this would be an easy 5 star review.
Kelly was very hospitable - she took us on a tour of her apartment and gave restaurant and sightseeing recommendations in the area. Her place was in a great location in downtown. We walked to most places we visited in Raleigh. Overall, we had a great experience! I would definitely recommend staying here.
Kelly talked with us about the home, the neighborhood, and places to eat. She was very gracious and helpful. We liked her a lot.
