Stop and smell the fresh air. This three bedroom, two and a half bath home can be yours to use as your home base for your outdoor adventuring or just getting away.
Sleeping 8, this home sits in a gated community along the New River Gorge. The master bedroom with queen bed boasts of a vaulted ceiling and is on the main floor. A second bedroom upstairs has another queen bed and shares a full bath on the same floor with the third bedroom which has two sets of bunk beds. There is a pull out couch to complete the sleeping arrangements
The airy kitchen opens into the great room -a room with vaulted ceilings, a loveseat, a pull out queen sized couch and a gas fireplace.
As far as the location of the home, we've visited the area a number of times and love the small town of Fayetteville, white water rafting, zip-lining, and especially hiking - the fact that we can go for a hike by walking out our front door and be at an NPS trail is the best!
This house is great for 2 families, and this property is close to the white water rafting and zip-lining. And if jumping off a bridge is your thing, or if you want to just watch the other crazy people, you'll get a great view from the neighborhood overlook.
Enjoy the quite back yard, grill out, and eat on the spacious back deck. Hot tub just off the back deck.
PLEASE NOTE: Gas Fireplace OPERATIONAL FROM OCTOBER THROUGH MARCH ONLY and HOT TUB IS OPERATIONAL FROM MARCH THROUGH DECEMBER ONLY

Interaction with Guests
We will be available via phone/text if you need any assistance.
This gated community is quite and sits along the New River Gorge. The are a number of fantastic hiking trails in the community as well as an outcropping with amazing views of the bridge.
We are about a 10 minute drive to Adventures on the Gorge, our favorite place to go zip-lining and pick up white water rafting.
Other Things to Note
This house sits high up on a large wooded 1 acre lot. We named this property after a nearby trail, the Kaymoor Trail. The two parts of the trail together make for a vigorous hike - especially if you choose to take the 810 steps to the bottom of the mine (and then have to take that same 810 steps back up!).

Steve and Pam are good hosts. Kaymoor is very new, nicely built and decorated. It's in a nice gated community, very convenient to Fayetteville.
A little hard to find, but Stephen and Pam were receptive to my phone calls. Between the furnishings and location, the property gives great opportunities to relax OR recreate. The hot tub was a particularly nice way to relax after cragging. Location will be even better when the surrounding construction is completed.
A beautiful house in a beautiful location. Everything you need to for a relaxing weekend away or some amazing white water rafting.
The place was wonderful, and Steve and Pam were extremely helpful. We'd love to stay there again next time we're in the mood for some awesome rafting :)
Stephen and Pam are definitely generous and wonderful host and hostess. The house is described more than said online: clean and comfortable that made us home, bonfire and hot tub that relaxed us after everyday challenge, convenient to almost every resort nearby. We are very fortunate to have shared their new beautiful home property for our family summer weekend. They are considerate, responsible, and warmhearted. Their patience made them respond to our requests fast and professional. For sure we will come back next time and will highly recommend to our friends and anyone who are interested to experience their hospitality. Thank you, Stephen and Pam, for your hard work done for us.
We had a wonderful 4th of July long weekend! The local town had festive 4th activities (frog-jumping, turtle-racing, hula-hoop contest, etc) that were fun for the kids, plus plenty of hiking/outdoor options as well. We enjoyed being able to access the local trail system from within the neighborhood.
The house was beautiful and nicely met our needs! It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious. The hosts, Steve and Pam, made things easy with detailed and organized info.
Thank you -- it was fun!
Outdoor loving family- we and our three girls love coming here for the hiking and all the adventures we can have outside. It's one of the few reasons for a couple of us get our noses out of a good book. Pies & Pints in a must for us! Steve and I love small towns - we hope you will too.
