  • Idk if that shows up again. We had a amazing and enjoyable time at Ryan's and in San Francisco the apartment is really clean and comfy. It is close to almost everything you can do in San Francisco. Ryan is a super nice and helpful host. We would always stay in this air bnb again. Thank you

  • The room was great! Very clean and warm with lots of natural light. It is very easy to travel to the city center and only a few minutes' walk away from the Golden Gate Park and the beach.

  • I really enjoyed staying at Kim and Ryan's place. The room was exactly as pictured and the house was really clean even though there were other airbnb'ers. There are bikes you can rent and I would highly recommend it (even though I didn't have the time to do so) as there is a lot to visit! Ocean beach, Lands End, and Balboa park are all within walking distance. You can also catch the Muni which can take you Downtown/Powell Station in ~30 - 40 minutes.

  • Brilliant house and room. Three of us stayed at Kim and Ryan's for a week and there's absolutely nothing to complain about of the place. It was neat, clean and informative. San Francisco is an amazing city and the house just made the experience all the better. Thank you guys!

  • We had a lovely stay at Kimberly & Ryan Place !
The house is located in Richmond District (quiet and safe) near to the Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. The Bus stop is at 3min walking and will take you everywhere in the city (transfer really easy). You will share the house with other travellers which was perfect for us as they were really respectful and nice. The living room is spacious and brightnice, the kitchen has everything thing you might need. The bathroom is spacious and clean everyday! We stay in the cozy bedroom which was perfect room spacious ( we had an extra air bed without any problem), bright, large closet.
We had the pleasure to meet Ryan and he always answered quickly our questions.
We will book this place without any hesitation next time we are coming to SF.

  • Was in and out exploring the city but Ryan was friendly and greeted us when we first arrived. 10/10 would stay again.

    March 2014
  • The cozy room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed stay here a lot. I would definitely recommand this location.

We enjoyed our stay and we plan to go back on our next visit to San Francisco.

  • Nice quiet house with lovely decor and sense of style. The room was perfect and very clean! The hosts didn't mind me leaving my bag after checkout and exploring the city, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend this place, especially for something like a girls weekend where everyone got one of the rooms.

The area is a little out of the way, but I was happy to walk down to the beach and didn't mind the somewhat longer ride on public transit. Outer Richmond is a beautiful area.

  • Beautiful home in a great location! Ryan got us all settled in and was always available by phone should we have any questions. We loved our stay!
