Our accommodation is located in the historic center of the beautiful city of Amarante. This is a city with a strong cultural identity, known for its ancient traditions and events that liven up local life and that of our visitors. Throughout the year, especially during the summer, it is common to hold popular festivals, musical events and other celebrations that can generate noise and disturb the usual peace and quiet. Some parties can last well into the night.

While many of our guests value this authentic cultural experience, we understand that some may prefer a quieter environment, which may not be guaranteed at certain times.

We therefore ask for your understanding that, as this is an inherent characteristic of the location, we cannot provide refunds for noise from external events.
