The CASA NUCLEO with courtyard and garden is centrally located yet quiet in the historic old town of Locarno. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets/showers. On the first floor, a common room with kitchen is available for guest use. The house was completely renovated a few years ago; all installations are new, including central heating (pellet).
In total, there are 7 sleeping options and, if needed, a bed mattress for an 8th person.

The space
There are 3 spacious bedrooms: Room 1 is 20 m², equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), sofa and wardrobe. Room 2 is also large, has an original clinker floor and a wooden ceiling. It is furnished with a double bed (160 cm, with 2 mattresses) and a shelf for clothes etc. Room 3 is the smaller fine south-facing (courtyard) room with a French double bed (160 cm). It has a balcony and direct access to shower/toilet.

Guest access
The 1st floor as well as the kitchen/lounge on the ground floor - connection via an external staircase - are available for guests only. The kitchen is well furnished, it has everything you need. It is shared by all guests of the 3 rooms. During the store opening hours, the kitchen is also accessible to the tenant of the store (in the front part of the first floor towards the alley) (as a passage to their depot).
In addition, the natural garden and the charming courtyard may be used: By the way, there is also space for your bike and an outlet for the e-bike.

Other things to note
You will feel comfortable in this atmospheric house in the middle of the old town and yet quietly located. Next door there are other houses, which is why consideration is necessary and in particular night noise should not occur.
