We arrived at the apartment on the 12th may checking in was easy and quick and we found the apartment easily as we had been in this complex before on entering the apartment there was a nasty musty smell and when the aircon was switched on it smelled as if it had not been used for awhile I went to the patio to find that the chairs were broken and the other two were that dirty they couldnt be sat on,my partner then informed me that someones clothes were still in the wardrobe and on closer inspection someone had left their suitcase under the sink this was reported to staff who came and took photos of the clothes etc also the marks on the couch which were sticky to touch. I spent the first day of my stay cleaning the apartment and making beds and tracking down towels and laundry . We were also very weiry that we only got one key as their was two of us and by the look of the place the last occupant left in a hurry which unnerved us alittle. The pool area needed updating and is looking tierd though there were some new loungers there was also a new key system to the gate. Apart from that we had a pleasent stay though we will not be returning
We are sorry that Tara did not have a good time. We always try to make sure it is a pleasant experience. The guests shortly before and shortly afterwards both were satisfied as far as I was aware. If a guest on arrival informs us about a grievance we would always offer to find hotel or other accommodation - or refund the payment if the guest decides to stay and does not have a satisfactory stay (and this has not happened yet!). When I was last there the balcony chairs were covered and clean (although it true that previously another chair had been damaged). I am surprised about some of Tara's other comments: the apartment is always thoroughly cleaned before/after guests - and the building management told me that it had been cleaned before Tara's stay. If this was not the case then I am indeed apologetic. The bed is always made and there are many towels and sheets in the bedroom cupboard, which it would take approximately 1 minute to find. If any apartment or even hotel has not been used for a few days, then it is conceivable that it may need a bit of fresh air - and there is a balcony, so a few minutes with the balcony door open would remedy this. Regarding the clothes: this is airbnb - you stay in people's own places - there might well be some possessions there. However, in this case, there is just one zipped-up suit-carrying bag with a couple of items in, and in a large wardrobe, and yes, there is a suitcase in a closed cupboard. Neither of these would affect a guest (and have not affected any previous guest - although I will remove them later).
Every guest's opinion is important, and in Tara's case there may have been a few things which were not perfect, which we will try to put right. We want everyone to have a good time. But we would not recommend Tara as a guest because many of the comments were trying to find as much as possible wrong or just speculation (mustiness, towels, sheets, clothes, suitcase, "occupant left in a hurry", etc).
Ultimately, it is a spacious, well-maintained apartment, with all amenities, in a modern building - and at a price lower than all equivalent apartments - and lower than a basic hotel room with no amenities.
We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed the location, because there were many food options as being about 10 min walk from beach. We really liked that we could rent a scooter at the Condo, easy and convenient. The Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the pool there is really great and clean. Thank you AJ!
AJ provides a very detailed email that tells you everything you could possibly need and then provides a folder in the condo with more.
The place was in a good location for access to downtown and also for getting in and out of town.
Didn't try the pool, but looked nice.
I love the apartment so much! It just like my home.... the location is fantastic... very near to Hua hin Railway station.. about 10 mins walk to apartment. There a Gmart supermarket nearby apartment... you can get all the stuffs that u want... the price is very reasonable. There are food stalls nearby apartment. You also can buy some veggies at the market for your own cooking.... Chatchai market just 5 mins walk... Hua Hin Beach about 15mins walk.... There are a bus stop infront of the Family Mart at the main road of Hua hin.... You can take the bus to Santorini Park, Venezian, Plearn Wan... all along the main road.... just below 30baht per pax. You can take tuk-tuk as per your bargain with the driver.
I want to thank to Aj to allow us to have early check in and late check out.... Thank you so much!!!
I will stay here again when I traveled to Hua hin again!!!
This is a great option if you are staying in Hua Hin. AJ provides everything you could possibly need to navigate the area, he is quick to respond to any question or enquiry and is incredibly helpful. The apartment is clean and excellently equipped with entertainment, maps, and brochures. There is a great view of the mountains and it is easy to feel very comfortable here. There is a big pool, laundry service and gym. Front of house staff and guards at the gate are helpful and kind. The bathroom and shower is luxurious. Walk to the supermarket, Night Market, and seafood restaurants along the beach. Motorcycle hire is a two minute walk away as is the 10 Baht bus that goes up and down the main road. If you want to be amongst the action of Hua Hin without getting a Tuk Tuk everywhere AJ's place is the best location. Thank you so much AJ we had the best time!!!
This place was an awesome deal. We didn't meet AJ in person but he took care of everything and left detailed instructions for finding the apartment and for getting access to wifi. He was also super helpful in arranging transport back to Bangkok and was very responsive with messages.
The place itself was awesome. It was a bit of a walk to the beach (10 minutes maybe, not bad) and was super close to the Hua Hin night market. Highly recommend staying here.
