Though Praga ain't no Disney, this historical borough on the east bank of Vistula experiences nowadays an intense revival,
Former factories are being transformed into lofts and art galleries
Each weekend crowds cross the river in search for something different from downtown's glamour.
Numerous caffes, bars and clubs can be found in the nearest area.

  • Very cute place and conveniently located flat 5 minutes walk from a tram stop and only a 30 minute walk from old town. Maciej was friendly and accomodating and helpful with recommendations. If you are looking for an experience in Warsaw away from the typical tourist areas, this is the place for you.

  • My girlfriend and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Maciej’s place and in the Praga area of Warsaw! Although we did not have a chance to meet Maciej in person, he made everything extremely convenient for us before and during our stay. The studio is as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. We would not hesitate at all to recommend this place to others or to come back here ourselves.

  • If you want to feel lke you have become a local in Warsaw, Poland, then I would recommend staying at Maciej's place.

Maciej is an incredible host and he provided my friend, Alice and I, with some of the best places to visit while staying in his place. His apartment is so cleverly laid out with a beautiful aesthetic.

Thanks again Maciej, we hope to see you in Melbourne or Adelaide soon!

  • Wow what an amazing experience. Staying at Maciej's apartment was the best experience I've had with Airbnb. Everything was super easy for checkin and checkout and communication was great. The apartment itself is gorgeous and very one of a kind in its appearance. It's located in the Praga district which is becoming chic now. The building itself looks like its an old renovated building but is actually new so it has all the associated conveniences. Best of all though were his neighbors. Everyone in the building was so friendly to me and invited me to parties and added me on (website hidden). I'm definitely returning! This is an ideal apartment to stay in for a weekend in Warsaw.

  • We had the best time in Praga! Maciej's place is all it looks to be, and everything was in perfect order! Maciej is very helpful and easy to get in touch with in case you need advice or to figure out something about the apartment. We will definitely come back if we have the chance to!

  • We had a great time in Warsaw - and in Maciejs and Ulas appartment. Praga is a great district - dont expect "Montmartre mellowness" but the area is definitely the place to be in Warsaw. The appartment is bright, cosy and perfect for a couple - for a weekend or even longer. I can only recommend it!

  • We enjoyed our stay at Maciej's place very much. We found the location convenient. It was only a short walk from the train station when we arrived and Praga is an interesting area. The apartment is as nice at it looks on the pictures. Maciej was not in Warsaw at the time of our stay, but he made sure we had everything we needed. Many thanks!

  • Maciej's flat is exactly like on the pictures: tasteful, sophisticated and beautiful. Geeting from there to the city center has always been easy by taking train, tram, bus very near by.
There are many underground places to go out or where to have drinks in the neigbourhood (Praga).
Many thanks to him to have shared with us his tips. Defintely a good place to stay at. Don't miss Skamiejka, the russian cafe, a few meters away from the flat: go there meet the woman owner and taste her delicious russian food while listening to old russian music on a record player.
