A good place for a good price, I recommend it.
Arrived after 11pm and called Linda for help. Although I didnt meet her in person she was still very helpful.
The room was small but perfect for my needs. Though there were a few creepy crawling things outside the room it didn't bother me. Room was clean which is important. The only thing I had an issue was with the Internet station. The pc is slow so have some patience and I needed to restart it to get the Internet working. Hardly the fault of owner. Other than that I would definitely stay again. Just be cautious about the area at night. I heard a lot of drunk ppl screaming.
We arrived around 7pm and were let in by a woman who received us so impersonal and just professional, that showed us the room and explained how to open and close the main door of the house.
I think that we didn‘t know Linda or Linda's brother.
The room is clean, small but having your own washroom, kitchen have most amenities and wifi have good speed
A 10 min walk to queen or dundas station and beside the Moss park.
The security to the neighborhood is questionable. We even got some advice from a Canadian not to walk around there late at night.
So just for two nights was ok for the price
Linda was lovely and very helpful, even lets you use the phone. We were only staying for one night so we were only looking for a place to rest our heads. The room is pretty much exactly as billed. The only problem we had was the vent over the bed. It will keep you awake and mess with your sinuses.
séjour agréable logement calme et propre rien a dire
We arrived late at night and were let in by Linda's Brother. The room is small but having your own washroom is definitely a plus. The shower was better than expected!. We only stayed for a night so didn't really get to use the kitchen or the laundry. Eaton Centre is very close which was great. It's good for it's price.
I was there for ~7 hours total, checking in late the night before and leaving to catch a 6am bus. Linda’s brother greeted me, let me in, and answered my questions. The room is small, but was perfect for my needs. There was a clean towel waiting for me, soap by the bathroom sink, and a dispenser in the shower with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. Didn’t meet the other people staying in the apartment due to my short visit. Location was perfect for me, close to the bus station and subway.
It was cool
convenient location within 10 min walk to queen or dundas station. clean kitchen . most amenities I need is there, wifi with good speed and kitchen. Linda and Linda's brother was very accommodating and helpful . I would recommend not leaving your belongings unattended outside the house as there's some 'questionable' characters walking about the area.
We've stayed at the room n.1 (downstairs - street level). It is really tiny as said before. Only the place for the bed, your luggage and... not much else.
It was clean and it smelled good.
Linda's Brother was there to welcome us and even helped in getting a parking permit, he was really friendly.
For the rest of the room, the sink was nearly falling (and would need to be replaced any-day soon).
There is a sort of air vent that you cant control just above the bed not really comfortable to sleep with.
With the room you get to use the kitchen just aside (well equipped).
The street was safe, not noisy, just across a park and really close to downtown.
A good sleeping point to visit Toronto.
