Panoramic ocean and whitewater views from main living areas. Well appointed for romantic getaways. There are two master suites (Upstairs/Queen and Downstairs/King). Loft overlooks the billiard room, (has very low head clearance) and has 4 twin beds and 1 queen futon (total fun for kids and the young at heart). The billiard room and tiki bar open to a garden and patio that offer a soothing hot tub or relaxing sunbathing. Enjoy the fire pit grotto in the evenings while listening to crashing waves and distant sea lions. Our beach house is just one block away from a sandy beach and tidepools. We are 7 blocks from the center of town and the pier.

  • Our first Airbnb experience could not have been better!! Tony's beach house is beautifully decorated, has an amazing backyard, and has everything you could possibly want or need on a trip. We spent mornings eating breakfast on the upper deck looking at the ocean, afternoons exploring the beach and town, and evenings in the hot tub staring at the stars. We even got to bring our elderly dog with us. We had such a great time. Can't wait to go back! Don't forget to try the fish tacos at Rudell's Smokehouse while you're in town.

  • We just spent 3 wonderful nights at Cayucos Beach House. Our family was there to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. What a fabulous place to gather together for the weekend! Just perfect!

Tony's wife, Jenneke greeted us with a welcomimg smile when we arrived. She gave us a quick and very informative tour of their adorable beach house. There was also a bottle of wine waiting for us. We felt very welcomed! She and Tony were right next door and yet, at the same time, you'd never know it! night we were enjoying a cozy fire in the backyard firepit and accidently locked ourselves out. Oops! Jenneke to the rescue with a spare key. Thank goodness it wasn't even later!

Tony and Jenneke put such great detail into decorating their beach house with a nautical/antique theme. It's so unique. Not at all a cookie cutter house! They provided everything we needed. Fresh towels and linens. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Games and books. Very comfy, memory foam beds. I never did crawl into the loft, though! But, you could peek in and see that it would be a blast for kids! Reminiscent of a tree house!

We enjoyed the pool table and playing the piano, as well as soaking in the hot tub. Sitting out on the upstairs deck with a cup of coffee enjoying the ocean view was a favorite thing to do as the sun set.

Since we were so busy with graduation parties and events during the weekend, we didn't get to spend as much time hanging out at the beach house as I would have liked. It would be nice to go back and just "chill" there all weekend! And, spend more time exploring Cayucos. This is the little town where my Swiss-Italian family came from. My grandmother was born there and is now resting in the small cemetery overlooking the sea. I still have cousins in their 90s who run a ranch in Cayucos. And there's another cousin who was born there 109 years ago! She was Miss Cayucos in the early 1920s. She now lives in Morro Bay. It must be something about the salty air and longevity! :)

I've recommended Cayucos Beach House to families with future Cal Poly graduations. This was our first Airbnb experience and Tony and Jenneke gave us a very positive introduction! We would love to spend another weekend at their wonderful place. And, maybe next time we'll bring our dog! We enjoyed meeting their sweet blood hound, Belle and basset hound, Penny.

    Thank you for having us!

  • This place was just perfect. The host and his wife are wonderful! Greeted with a welcoming smile and kind gestures. Detailed info on the house was super helpful! It's great for the following:
    1 couple
    2 couples
    5 adventurous friends
    8 adventurous friends
    2 adventurours couples + 4 or 6 adventurous friends
I say that because the two bedrooms are perfect, super comfy and well laid out. The "middle floor/crawl space" is perfect for friends that just want a place to crash for the night, or good for kids (or adults) playing fort. It had 5 clean and prepped mattresses in the middle floor , so plenty of room to sleep ZZZ's!!! I love this place and would choose it as my GO TO for every trip to Cayucos. I was there for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to get ready beforehand, and wind down at the end of the night. Breakfast and coffee on the balcony looking West with an ocean view. Walking distance to groceries and great brunch places. And just a 10 minute walk to the local Saloon Bar.

  • Our stay couldn't have been better! The beach is only minutes away and breakfast on the balcony with ocean view is priceless. BBQ & hot tub in the garden were our ideal evening pleasures.
The house is gorgeous- very specious, comfortable and decorated with love. Tony and his wife were the perfect hosts. 100% recommended!!

  • We loved our stay in Cayucos! Tony & Jenneke were very helpful and accommodating (they even baked us delicious oatmeal cookies!), and the house and location were perfect. It was very easy to connect with them upon arrival (they're right next door!) and the cleaning protocol was very manageable. We spent a lot of time both lounging around the house (specifically around the firepit and in the hot tub), as well as at the beautiful beach, just blocks away from the house. All in all, a wonderful visit!

  • It's hard to imagine better hosts than Tony and his family. In addition to providing an amazing space in an amazing place, they are as generous and accommodating as can be. I hesitate to effuse further because I don't want this place to get so booked that I can't come back!

  • This was my very first Airbnb experience, and it was a great way to dive into it!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL time at this adorable beach house in Cayucos, CA! We stayed a luxurious 4 nights in the comfortable beds, enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the gorgeous blue pacific each day, and took full advantage of the location, convenience, and amenities of the home. The rooms were clean, well-equipped with towels, toiletries & linens...the whole house was welcoming and had a totally unique beachy-art aesthetic. We loved it!

As for our hosts, Tony was super-accommodating with any questions or needs we had, and was there when we arrived to show us around and then allowed us total privacy, but was responsive when we needed to contact him. There was a lovely bottle of local wine and a bar of sea-salt chocolate for us to enjoy when we arrived, which was a very nice touch.

I can't recommend this fantastic beach house enough. Cayucos is a beautiful little "undiscovered" beach town, and this home is the perfect place from which to base your pacific adventures.

  • We had an amazing time at the Cayucos Beach House for my friend's bachelor party. Tony and Jenneke couldn't have been more gracious hosts from the minute we arrived until our departure on Sunday. The house has everything you'd need and more for a relaxing weekend getaway or an even much longer stay. So great having the pool table, hot tub and DirecTV at the house after a long day at the beach... just steps from the house. Local restaurants and tavern are also walking distance and the food is fantastic - highly recommend the calamari at Schooners.

Walk down to the beach to catch the beautiful sunsets Cayucos has to offer. Or from the 2nd floor balcony with a drink in hand...

    Cayucos forever.

  • Our family with two boys (9 and 3) had a idyllic time in Cayucos at this artistic home, in this quiet beach town. The home is supplied with every thing that guests every need. We cooked every meal in the beautiful kitchen, spent hours and hours on the beach which was then easy to wash off in the outdoor shower, and our boys delighted in the ancient VHS player in the "secret space" (loft). The beds were incredibly comfy with superb linens. There were ample bath towels and beach towels and even special handmade soaps. The garden and porch were delightfully whimsical and lush. We highly recommend staying here. Tony is just next door and responded very quickly to question I had about the market, but our experience felt totally (email hidden)rfect balance.

  • Really the perfect AirBnB experience. The photos tell the full story, the place is a perfect beach getaway. The condition was awesome, loved the hot tub and bedrooms, loved the kitchen, perfect to cook a dinner at home on your vacation. This is the definition of a 5-star experience IMO.
