Fyi, prior to your arrival, I'll tell you where the keys are.
Also, please note, for ease and safety of exiting the driveway, it's best to back into it. Fyi, the driveway has a new non-asphalt surface, fits 3 cars, and is directly off Big Red Kill Road (so it's Winter weather friendly).
Of note: Adirondack Trailways drops off at the gas station in Fleischmanns, and can also drop off at the bottom of Big Red Kill Road, a mere 1/4 mile walk to the house.
Also: on your way along Route 28, you'll pass a full-service supermarket, AIG, in Boiceville.
Other Things to Note
Fyi, all bedding, bath and kitchen linens are provided.
Also, if using the pull-out couch, for best comfort, pull the mattress out and put it on the living room floor. Or, if you prefer, ask me for an air mattress (I've 2 Queen and 1 Twin, with an electric pump).
I'm available 24/7. Enjoy this house in every season, 2.5 hours from the George Washington Bridge!

The house was very clean and ready for our stay, including soap in the bathrooms and other important details. The living room had vacation guides for the area, and Dina was easy to get in touch with via airbnb if needed.
We loved Dina's place! It felt like home away from home. Peaceful and clean. Perfect, beautiful location - 30 min walk into the town of Fleischmanns. Seven of us stayed comfortably in this cosy house. Everything was according to Dina's description. Well stocked kitchen - we even baked bread. We would love to come back!
The house and property are exactly as described. Everything was spotless. WiFi, cable and DVD player. Great location as well. Basically across the street from Bellayre and twenty minutes from most of the areas hikes. Dina was the perfect host and everything went as planned.
Dina's home was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. It is peaceful, cozy, and clean. It may appear to be slightly underwhelming when viewing the home from the road, but I assure you, reserve your opinion until you see the property in its entirety and view the home from the backyard.
If you're looking for a peaceful, affordable getaway that's close to great hikes, I highly recommend staying at Dina's home.
I didn't personally stay in Dina's lovely home, I rented it for my parents and brother- but I did get to visit it. The home was lovely and had spectacular furniture. My family could not have been happier. She also has the BEST collection of DVDs! The Mists of Avalon, My Big Fat Greek Wedding and countless others to obsess over. Overall, it's an amazing home.
Dina was a wonderful host. Her home was as described on the listing. The kitchen was well-stocked and well-equipped, and the backyard was beautiful and spacious. If you are looking to visit the Catskills, this home is a great place to stay.
Dina made everything very easy! She was flexible with check-in, important when dealing with traffic leaving New York City, and check-out time and everything in the home was exactly as described. The deck and hammocks were our favorite part! We ate all our meals outside on the beautiful deck and read on the huge lawn when we weren't hiking and fishing in the catskills near by. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend!
My house in the Catskill Mountains offers everything a mountain house should: comfortable and clean accommodations, peace and tranquility, a meadow, a forest, a creek and a stream (with waterfall). It's 2 miles to Belleayre Mountain, with winter sports in the Winter, and music festivals in the Summer. Ski in the Winter, kayak in the Summer, hike in the Fall and Spring. My house has been renovated, from the complete exterior, to the complete interiors floors (from oak hardwood in the kitchen and dining room, to ceramic tiling in the bathrooms, to carpeting everywhere else).
