Lovely residential location to experience true Prague, 10-15 minutes on public transport to the center, trams very frequent and cheap. Just one tram to middle of Wenceslas square or to Prague castle.
Vrsovice maintains a lot of 19th century buildings, there is an interesting church 2 minutes walk designed by Josef Gocar. There are good local pubs and cafes in walking distance, Tesco and shopping center Eden also walking distance.
Security deposit is now needed for bookings, this is held by airbnb, so no risk and you will get it back. We are asking now because a couple of bad experiences, like the sofa bed being broken and kitchen work top burnt.

We had a wonderful time at this place! It was very clean and they even provided information about nearby places to go, maps, and suggestions. We would HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody who wants a good base for exploring Prague.
The apartment was small but cosy, clean and comfortable. The hosts were easily contactable and prompt in replying to any questions I had, even providing information and detailed directions on where I could purchase items I needed; even on current events in town. Being located approximately 15 minutes away from the town centre, I got a good glimpse of how the locals lived.
The listing was accurate and actually looked better than the pictures posted. Pretty well equipped kitchen and very well maintained Living/Bedroom. Perfect for 3-4 people(we were just 2). The neighborhood was quiet but pretty well connected with local transport with Tram stop just a stone's throw away.
We had a wonderful time in Prague.
We arrived a quite early than agreed time as the bus arrived early and since the host doesn't live there, had to wait, but it was not bad. Lucie was there in just about in 20 mins. So it is advisable for others to inform in advance about time changes. She gave us some maps and directions to nearby stores.
No complaints, awesome value for money spent and would love to stay here again whenever I visit!
Although the apartment was a little bit far from the center the accommodations were great. They had everything we needed a washer, drying rack, comfortable bed and futon. Thoroughly enjoyed the room just the distance was a little bit far other than that would definitely stay again, transportation is easy.
We loved staying at this apartment. The hosts were great at communicating with us and it is in a fantastic location. We fell in love with Prague and the neighborhood. The hosts also left us with a map and suggestions. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Prague again.
