Lovely residential location to experience true Prague, 10-15 minutes on public transport to the center, trams very frequent and cheap. Just one tram to middle of Wenceslas square or to Prague castle.
Vrsovice maintains a lot of 19th century buildings, there is an interesting church 2 minutes walk designed by Josef Gocar. There are good local pubs and cafes in walking distance, Tesco and shopping center Eden also walking distance.
Security deposit is now needed for bookings, this is held by airbnb, so no risk and you will get it back. We are asking now because a couple of bad experiences, like the sofa bed being broken and kitchen work top burnt.

Lovely little appartment with good facilities, we had a wonderful stay. The appartment is not very close to tourist attractions and is tram ride away from centre although this is not a big issue as trams are very regular - just make sure you know how to buy a ticket!
We loved Neil and Lucies apartment! It was very clean and super easy to find. Much bigger than we anticipated. Both beds very comfortable and an awesome big shower! The neighborhood was quiet, with restaurants, grocery, bars and everything we needed within a few blocks. The Tram 22 is a short walk and takes you all over Prague. Neil was quick to respond to any inquiries. We wished we would have booked longer and will definitely be back. Thanks Neil and Lucie (and Rosie)!
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was a great location right next to a tram station and easy to get everywhere. Neil and Lucie were so friendly and made is feel so welcome. The place was extremely clean. We recommend this apartment if you're ever visiting Prague!
We have really enjoyed the flat, it is clean, well situated close the transport which runs often, there are many shops in the area and it is not too far from the town centre. The flat is a good standard with fitted kitchen and well equiped, a large shower and hot water. There are leaflets in the flat which were very useful and Lucie has been very helpful and gave us the direction before arriving. Really, I can not fault it, the bed is well comfortable and the Wi Fi is good.
Thank you Lucie and Neil.
Accueil sympathique malgré notre arrivée tardive. Appartement propre sans décalage avec les photos proposées sur le site. Situation pratique avec transports en commun a proximité. Quartier calme.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour visiter Prague.
Since the first time to Prague, we don't know the way, so we are late, but they were very good, early in the station waiting for us, which is good, the equipment is very complete, the most important is the room very warm
