This home is located 2 miles from charming downtown Mariposa restaurants and boutiques, yet secluded and just off all weather Hwy 140 making your drive into the Arch Rock entrance a breeze*

The space
We welcome you to Oaks and Acorn, a hilltop retreat that has been meticulously planned for your enjoyment. From the moment you enter the home, we encourage you to hang your hat, kick up your feet, and enjoy your stay. You'll have to decide whether that'll be by the large stone fireplace, outside on the brand new, expansive redwood deck soaking in the views, or in the hot tub playing your favorite music from the outdoor speakers. We have stocked our home from top to bottom so you can truly enjoy our space as if it was your own. Whether you fire up the outdoor grill or cook on the gas stove, we have your essentials covered.

Guest access
You and your guests will have a secluded 22 acres to call home during your stay. Enjoy the private hot tub, pool, and deck. You won't be disappointed!

Neighborhood highlights

Our home is very secluded yet conveniently located a short 5 minute drive to downtown Mariposa. You'll find all the comforts of city life including restaurants, the grocery store, CVS, retail shopping, coffee houses, and even a Yosemite Visitor Center that has great info for your trip into the park. When you're ready to venture into Yosemite, our home is just off Hwy 140 and a beautiful, scenic drive to the Arch Rock entrance. From this Yosemite entrance, you're a short drive to El Capitan, the falls, the Valley Floor, and Half Dome.

*Please note that the road leading to the house is unpaved and can be bumpy. Please follow the 25 mph signs leading to the house.
