The bungalow apartment shares two walls with an adjoining apartment. Just like urban living anywhere, you may hear the presence of neighbors going about their day. We ask all guests and tenants to be mindful and considerate of noise levels and quiet hours.

We lovingly renovated and lived in this house for almost two decades and we've lived in Asheville for about 30 years. Now we live nearby, but in "out in the country".

By choosing to book with us you are supporting a 'mom & pop' size small "business". We are artists, gardeners and decades-long residents of Asheville. We're the original's that make Asheville weird and wonderful! :P Shout out to you for supporting the local economy and not corporate hotel chains! We appreciate you!

Guest access
The bungalow is all yours. Private entrance, private front and back porches, private bath, private kitchen. Two shared walls with studio apartment. Shared back yard.

I've lived in Asheville for over 20 years and love it! I enjoy walking and riding my bike around town. Five things I can't live without... mountain vistas, lake floats, yoga, refreshing local kombucha, and blooming flowers! Welcome!
