This vacation rental sits on part of the original homestead where 5 generations of Pruitts have farmed and ranched. This property has evolved to fit the lodging needs of vacationers who come to float the Buffalo, hike, hunt, or any of the other activities this area has to offer.

Lives in Jasper, Arkansas
I am the 5th generation to live on this family homestead. I am an educator in the local public school. My husband and I raised 3 children here on this family farm. My only grandchild is now 14 and I visit him and his family out west as often as I can. I collect local history and genealogy of the families who settled this area in the mid 1800s. I am happiest when I'm singing classic country hits with fellow musicians. I am so glad I grew up in this rural area and was blessed to have raised our 3 children here. Our oldest daughter has Master degree in tax and is employed by one of the major U.S. companies. Our middle daughter earned her PhD at Laws and is professor at Laws at a university out west. Our youngest, a son, works in construction and lives nearby. I really enjoy being at home and sharing my little part of the world with guests from all around our great nation. It's like traveling without actually leaving home.
