Your unit has a completely private entrance with a ground-level front door, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The only shared spaces are the backyard and laundry area in the garage, available upon request. We do live upstairs so we can help if anything is needed.

Neighborhood highlights
The unit is located in Sand City, a small city just outside of Monterey. We are an up and coming artist community with a mix of residential homes, studios, warehouses, and businesses. It’s an easy walk to the beach on a pedestrian path across the highway as well as to great restaurants, stores and more.
Take a walk around Sand City to view unique murals, have a drink at the craft beer house, and on the first Friday of every month, check out the Sand City Night Market.
