The adventure starts after you exit off the 321. Once you exit off and go toward the mtn remember to take in all the beautiful country. You will start the climb up the side of the mtn and be sure to follow the exact signs to Raven's Den. There are a quite few twists and turns. The cabin is in the WOODED mountains of East Tennessee in the GREAT SMOKY MTNS. There are BEARS, BUGS, and other CRITTERS. Please be aware and SAFE. Avoid Bears, Dodge bugs or sweep them off the porch (we have swarming ladybugs seasonally and wood burrowing carpenter bees), flying squirrels, bats, rats, and sometimes a Raccoon that visits the porch. NO REFUNDS for complaints about naturally occurring pests. We have a cabin in the middle of their habitat. Please do not leave food outside unattended or inside open on the counters over night. If I haven't scared you off so far GOOD! You will love this cabin. Last but not least. Do not leave food items in your cars! Bears can smell food and will try to get to it. Please use the bear proofed trash containers for all trash!

Keep cars locked at all times. BEARS can open car doors and will die.

Please note - These mentions are from previous guests!!!
1. Road is not JOKE! Do not book if you are afraid of extreme Heights or Extreme one lane roads!
2. Pets are WELCOME BUT remember we are a cabin in the middle of a forest and DO NOT have a designated area for PETS to do their business. NO YARD
3. You may experience carpenter bees flying around outside seasonally - Please keep a fly swat and just play bee ball.
4. You may be swarmed with ladybugs seasonally. They literally Will show up and immediately die so you will need to sweep piles and I mean piles of ladybugs out of cabin and off decks.
5. Hot tub can not be turned off. It is set on a program in order to maintain a minimum temperature. If you unplug the breaker for it. It will go off But if water is not cycling it may turn green!
Please do not mark off Airbnb stars for these issues. I do apologize and will work to accommodate as best I can.
