Room #1 is our largest downstairs room and is the closest to the ocean. It has 2 large ocean view windows. 2 queen sized beds that are separated by the bathroom for an added degree of privacy. It has a small "living room" area with a couch and coffee table, chest of drawers and a computer work table with ocean views. Shower, sink and toilet, no bath tub. excellent choice for 2 couples or 1 couple with children.

The space
Robert's K38 Surf House is a big beach house with an unobstructed view of the ocean. We have a large patio area downstairs with a community Kitchen and Fire pit. We also have tables and chairs under the Upstairs patio area with a ping pong table and large flatscreen TV. Our Upstairs patio is large with tables and chairs and beautiful ocean views. We have a secure gated parking area.

During your stay
We live on site full time. We're generally around most of the time to answer any questions guests may have about our area. We do leave periodically for different reasons, but generally return after a short time.

Neighborhood highlights

Our location is really fantastic!! We have world class surfing right out front. Several great places to eat and drink with in a short walk and Baja's famous wine country the Guadalupe Valley less than an hours drive down the coast. The town of Rosarito is about a 10 minute drive north of us. There are so many things to see and do within a short drive from us. The list goes on and on, come down and see for yourself.

I'm a semi retired hairdresser and I live on a famous surfing beach just 10 minutes. south of Rosarito Beach called K38. Our location is well known for its outstanding surf and beach access for the public. There are a variety of restaurants and shops with in a short walk from us. Our immediate area is known as "El Morro" and has almost everything you'll need for an amazing Baja experience with out having to get in your car and drive anywhere. You'll love it here, everyone does.Come down and see for yourself.
