Karyn was great to work with. Very responsive. Very nice house with great space! Location is very convenient and great public transportation options. Uber's we're very easy and quick. We had 4 adults plus a 2 and 4 year old and felt very comfortable. I place I would book again without hesitation. Bill.

Karyn's home was perfect for our week in San Francisco! We love staying in the Richmond district away from the crowds. Her home was very spacious with a great backyard and garage spot for your car (all of these are very rare with listings in SF - especially for our price range). The kitchen is new and stocked well. The living and dining room are open to each other and include a large table that sits 10-12, allowing us to host some of our family members for dinner that were also in town. All of the beds were comfortable and most nights we slept with the windows open which was refreshing. It's also located near a small restaurant district which was nice when we didn't feel like cooking and didn't want to go far. Lots of bakeries and coffee shops for morning pastries. I can't say enough good things about Karyn's home! We would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation was perfect thanks to Karyns home. We had everything we needed for our family of 5. We felt like locals in the neighborhood. Walking to Simple Pleasures for morning coffee, seeing Wonder Woman at the Balboa Theater, walking to Golden Gate park and feeding the fish and birds bread at Spreckles Lake, biking/walking down to the Sutra Baths and shopping at the produce market. We traveled by the Muni bus system (a 7 day pass is $42 a person) with the exception of renting a car to drive to Sausilito and Muir Beach and Woods for a day. I love older homes and Karyns did not disappoint, so much character! (Check out the cool little chair that pulls down from the wall at the top of the stairs) Makiko was there to greet us and answered any questions we had. The downstairs bath and bedroom was perfect for my husband and myself. Our 18 y/o daughter stayed in the full bed upstairs and our boys, (ages 17 & 13) stayed in the room with the twin beds. We cooked outside on the deck twice, the backyard is a darling sanctuary. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! If you get stuck on how to turn on the upstairs shower, you have to pull down on the water spout after turning it on. It took us awhile to figure that out lol. We also saw the Haight/Ashbury district, Painted Ladies, Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge, Fishermans Wharf and Lombard Street. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home Karyn!

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Close to Golden Gate Park and the ocean. We took lots of nice walks along the coast. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. This was out first airbnb experience and it was great!

Their gracious neighbor let us into this Richmond-district neighborhood of San Francisco. She showed us absolutely everything inside and outside of the house such as garage door, keys, washer, dryer, etc. Her phone number was listed on a complete informational list and she said to call if we have any questions. The house is good walking distance to many small markets and a couple miles away from Safeway.

As beautiful as it is in the photos, Karyn's house is much more beautiful in person, with a surprising amount of light for a row house, and a library that will tempt you to stay in. Our family of four was incredibly comfortable and our older son and daughter really appreciated having their own rooms; two bathrooms were also a big plus getting ready in the mornings, and the garage for our car was ideal. When we arrived, we were given a tour of the house that was very helpful and I loved that she gave us phone numbers of friends in the neighborhood to contact with any questions/concerns (though we never had any). The neighborhood is wonderful and loaded with great eateries. We would happily stay here again.
