  • It was a pleasure staying at Agustina's place. Very nice room and appartment, very friendly host. The swimming pool is also great and using the metro you are in the city centre in no-time.

    Only a few minor remarks:
    1. Having internet access (wifi) would be great added value.
    2. Note that you are not allowed to use the kitchen for cooking.
    3. Having to pay 30 euros for cleaning after a 5-day stay of approx. 300 euros feels a bit "over the top" (although clearly mentioned in the house rules).

  • Beautiful and sparkling clean appartment situated in a very covenient residential area can be recommended to anyone to have a pleasant stay in Madrid. Close to the centre yet in a quiet secure building.
Thank you Agustina for sharing your home with us!

  • Our stay with Agustina was lovely. Though we only met in person once, she was very kind and helpful with ideas for our stay in Madrid. She was also very flexible with not one but two changes to the dates of our stay.

The apartment is superclean and modern, in a quiet (silent at night, so nice) area outside the center of Madrid. The center is 10 minutes away via metro, the station is 4 blocks or so from the apartment. Very convenient. The room is great, bright and tidy with a comfy bed and a great bathroom.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we were so thrilled. We'll be back for more on our next trip!

  • Agustina's apartment was beautiful, very centrally located, and adequately priced. She herself is very knowledgeable of Madrid, and it's neighborhoods and provided us with maps for each of them.

On the other hand Agustina is not exactly warm and welcoming, she was very cold during our stay. She spoke of how cheap her apartment was to rent but lectured us over and over about how we had to be extremely clean, weren't allowed to use the kitchen(understandable when she was there as it's not included when just one room is rented but for 2 of the nights the entire apartment was rented out, which doesn't make sense because when you book the whole apartment at once, you get to use the kitchen), couldn't wear shoes in the house, scolded me for putting my book bag on the bed we were to sleep in, and refused to show us around until my girlfriend put her (dry) umbrella in the bathroom.

She has many positive reviews, but I notice most of them are from older folk, or people who didn't meet her. She may have an issue with younger guests, or maybe just guests in general.

Also, she lists her check out fee at 20 euros on the site, but when we arrived it was listed as 30 in our room. We left a note with 20 euros and explained why we wouldn't be paying the 30.

  • Agustina's flat is brilliant! Only a 10 min. bus ride to El Prado (take line 45 from Legazpi-very easy!).
    Everything is impeccable.
She is also a lovely lady.

  • Augustina was very helpful with maps and metro line information. The main bedroom and bathroom are very luxurious and the apartment is a five minute walk to the metro. We had a very comfortable stay with Augustina.
