Top renovated 50 m² old building apartment (ground floor) in the heart of Cologne. The front room is not furnished, as it is used as a photo studio in between (of course not during a rental). Beautiful wooden floor, new box spring bed, new bathroom, new kitchen.

Close to numerous restaurants, bars and a supermarket.

Very short walk to the airport (17 minutes by train), 15 minutes walk to the main train station, S-Bahn and U-Bahn are 5 minutes away.
