Wide-open space, vaulted ceiling and full-window walls for sunlight. Rice field & jungle views, sunsets and local life all around. Unique architecture with classical Balinese feel. Large double bed in loft bedroom. Queen bed downstairs, full kitchen.
This INCREDIBLE house is like no other in Ubud or in Bali! The marble interiors, vaulted ballroom ceiling and spiral staircase could take you into another world... but looking out the full floor-to ceiling windows on 3 sides of the house, you'll se ricefields - and be brought right back to the island!
Possible motorbike, daily house help/maid, all amenities, full dishware and cookware, towels, linens, etc. Incense, musical instruments, etc.
Interaction with Guests
A good amount!
Peace and Quiet! Balinese landlords downstairs, but only rare and desired interaction.
You'll feel like you're at the top of a mountain!
Able to view far on a clear day - see all three volcanoes from bedroom windows!
We had an amazing stay in Ubud at Andrea and Levi's house!
The location was beautiful - we didn't want to leave!
Andrea and Levi were so welcoming, meeting us to check in and check out - as well as leaving guest boxes and other thoughtful things we may need like a map and phone in the house and useful information about the Ubud area and things to do there. They made us also feel comfortable to contact them at any time which was so nice!
I would highly reccomend anyone to stay here, one of the best experiences we have ever had :)
This is a stunning, and quiet home in Ubud- with truly lovely hosts and great views and sunshine. Andrea went out of her way to meet us on arrival and make us feel at home, and we appreciate her generosity with drawing maps, recos etc. Do know that the location is not in the center of ubud- which worked fine for us. Also, that it is accessible by three paths off the main motorable roads- so it's a 10-15 min walk to get there- andrea met us to walk us through all these paths and helped with carrying our luggage etc. In the day, this is charming and beautiful, but by night in the dark ( or in crazy rain- as happened on our first day where two of the paths were flooded), make sure you carry a torch and wear sensible shoes. This should not be a problem most seasons, and the peace and beauty of the home more than makes up for it- but it's good to be prepared. The hosts were kind enough to leave a cell phone for our use, which we also appreciated.
Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful and quiet place away from the tourist hustle and traffic of central ubud, this is great- both alchemy and the gorgeous yellow flower cafe are 5-10 min stroll away, highly recommended! And thank you, andrea and levi for having us in your gorgeous home
this place is idyllic, amongst the rice fields, away from the traffic and bustle. really beautifully light and well equipped too, so nice. Andi and Levi helped us settle in, showed us around, helped point out the amazing local food (Alchemy is 3mins walk, Sari Organic 5mins) and sorted us out with internet access, mopeds, lifts from the airport, and even pointed us to the good spas and yoga places. they were the perfect hosts, so kind and friendly. thanks guys!
Hello! Andréa and Levi live in Ubud, Bali and work at a local Yoga studio, Asia's largest! We are both Yoga Teachers, though Andréa is a Health Guru, and Levi is also a resident astrologer!
We are more than happy to give you tips on Ubud and be informal guides as much as we can during your stay. Our house has been an INCREDIBLE haven for us, and we are overjoyed when someone comes to enjoy it and we go off on vacation!
