The space

In a 1920 building by Argentinean architect Augusto Plou —graduate from L’Ecole des Beaux Arts de Paris in 1882- in a very nice corner of downtown Buenos Aires area, this charming apartment is fully equipped for 2/3 people.

It is a very luminous one bedroom apartment with 2 balconies, one bathroom and a small but well equipped kitchen, with gas and electric oven, and a refrigerator with freezer. The living room has air conditioning and a fan, gas stove, TV, Wi-Fi connection and CD player.

A 2 x1,5 mt darkroom for photography purposes is available.
Warmly decorated, furnished with old style furniture, beautiful paintings by local artist Rolando Sá that feature Tango and other local themes, this apartment for temporary rent in BA is very well located in Balvanera, a centric neighborhood where you can find renowned bookshops open 24/7, theatres, banks, restaurants and cinema equipment stores.

One block away from famous Corrientes Av, where you can see the Obelisco only 10 blocks down. The apartment is also nearby the University area, 5 blocks away from the National Congress, and Recoleta neighborhood is only 15 blocks straight down Ayacucho St.
