Located in North Randwick this 2 bedroom terrace beach house is only 3km to Bronte beach, adjacent to Centennial Park, local shops and cafes and only a short bus ride to the Sydney CBD.
A private & secluded garden retreat.
Private and peaceful, this unique architect designed Victorian terrace opens out to an enchanting park-like garden with a perfect north aspect. Part of a handsome row built in 1885 on the fringe of Frank Doyle Park, a short stroll to Randwick village, it showcases a tasteful fusion of heritage charm and contemporary flair and opens out to an unusually deep entertainer's courtyard framed by leafy surrounds.
Designed to integrate harmoniously with its lush and leafy surrounds, it's tucked away in a secluded enclave behind a discreet traditional facade. Set over two substantial levels with city skyline views and extensive use of glass maximising northerly sunlight, this whisper-quiet family haven is superbly located within close distance to Centennial Park and Randwick village hub.

The house is beautifully furnished and fully set up for a Sydney beach holiday. Would be great if you could water the garden!

Perfect spot for our stay over new years - didn't spend a huge amount of time at home as we were out exploring Sydney - but the time we did spend there it was exactly what we needed. Bus stops are close which make everything really easily accessible
I found Guy to be a gracious and very discreet host. It really felt like home.
Everything about the place is fantastic - charming house with lots of character, tastefully decorated with attention to detail, lovely garden,
terrific location - close to the shops and public transport in a quiet residential neighbourhood. And it's Randwick - so all the attractions of Eastern Suburbs were a very short ride away - Centennial park, Bronte and Coogee beaches, Westfield in Bondi Junction (fantastic shopping!), you name it!
Thanks Guy. It was a peasure to stay at your place.
We stayed for ten days over New Year. Its a lovely well appointed house ideally situated for getting to Sydney and the beach at Bronte.
A perfectly lovely home and couple. They were very accommodating and helpful from the moment we began to inquire about the availability of their home. It was a great home away from home during our 2 week stay. An easy walk to either the bus stop or a wonderful little "spot" for a bite to eat or shopping. Many thanks to them for their part in a wonderful first family trip to Australia!
Not only is Guy´s place pleasant to stay, but did he give us excellent suggestions on places to go before and during our visit to Sydney. The house is conveniently located between Centennial park and some great beaches. We had lovely meals in garden and enjoyed the comfort and peaceful atmosphere of the house.
