The house is beautifully furnished and fully set up for a Sydney beach holiday. Would be great if you could water the garden!
Guy was very accommodating and quick to respond to our request. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The street is quiet and the location is a great jumping off point for all Sydney's attractions and the beautiful beaches. We stayed with our toddler and baby, whom Guy was happy to have in his house and we thought it was great for wee ones. The park around the corner was a nice bonus. Would recommend!
My son Ryan and I needed a few extra days in Sydney and Guy accommodated us with just one day's notice. Communication was easy and clear. His home is was built in 1885, and beautifully modernized. We loved the layout and feel of the home and it suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a joy. Bus transportation was just a short walk away. All in all, a wonderful stay.
Thank you Guy!
Three colleagues and I booked Guy's house for one night after a conference and it suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to cafes and pub, quiet neighbourhood but just as nice to stay in for the night too. The place was neat and clean, exactly as advertised with a hassle free check in and check out. Perfect place for overnight stay and would recommend to friends.

Perfect spot for our stay over new years - didn't spend a huge amount of time at home as we were out exploring Sydney - but the time we did spend there it was exactly what we needed. Bus stops are close which make everything really easily accessible
