The space
Our home was built in the 1950's with all original hardwoods and your space has been recently renovated. There is a workspace for business travelers and a cozy chair for reading.

Although there is a not a full kitchen available, there is a mini-fridge with freezer and a coffee maker.

Great workspace for business travelers with AT&T Fiber 1000 Mbps internet, perfect for Zoom calls and remote working!

Electronic door lock. We'll send you a code a day or two beforehand.

You have your own private room and bathroom with separate entrance. No areas are shared aside from the front and backyard. The door that separates your room from the rest of the house is locked with no access permitted.

Other things to note
No smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances (yes y'all, weed is illegal in Texas).
No pets.

We are committed to hosting a safe, clean and healthy space for our guests. We strictly follow the AirBnB Cleaning Protocol by using only EPA approved cleansers to thoroughly sanitize the space after each stay.

In addition we also:
- Never host back to back guests. We keep a 24-48 hour buffer between stays
- Provide hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap and disinfecting wipes for use during your stay
- Use waterproof, allergen proof covers on all pillows and mattress
- Wash bedding and towels with bleach as an extra precaution and to achieve that bright white!
