  • Hibiscus was a great experience and value. You can't beat the location. The rooms are super clean and everything you need. For such a central location, it is tucked away down Ngo Huyen street and actually isn't very noisy. The staff who work there, especially the two young gentlemen who work downstairs are polite, competent, friendly and speak English well.

  • Hanoi Hibiscus became our "home away from home" in Hanoi. Mrs Dong and Dong are very lovely and helpful. They gave us lots of local tips, like what to see, eat, and how to pronounce things.

Our room was immaculate, and certainly value for money.

The hotel organised several trips for us, including to Sa Pa and Halong, and each one was fantastic, and very easy to organise.

The breakfast included the cost is a bonus too - the omelette is great, and Dong (email hidden) phe sua da!!

I would certainly recommend the Hibiscus to anyone heading to Hanoi.

  • Perfectly located off traffic and close to a nice square with a church. The rooms are big, bright and clean. Dong, the owner, is the kindest, most helpful and warmhearted host to imagine! She even made me a lunch-packet for my trip. A good address for your stay in hanoi!

  • Excellent hotel in a great location. Newly build the rooms are clean and quiet. Well appointed and good showers. Definitely recommend. Hanoi is a great city to explore. Very friendly staff in the hotel who would happily do anything to make your staff just like your at home.
