The Space

Epitomising inner-city styling with its quality finishes and thoughtful detailing, this open plan first floor apartment comprises a large living area which opens to a private decked balcony with barbecue. Sleek kitchen with s/steel appliances, European style laundry with washer & dryer, study nook, bathroom off entrance hall with shower over bath.
Other features include, video security entrance as well as remote under cover garaging, lift access, secure entrance, dishwasher, air-con and more! Wifi internet, iPod Bose stereo system and Foxtel pay TV included free of charge.

Guest Access

The apartment is fully self contained with the only common areas being the foyer of the building.

Interaction with Guests

Entry to the property is (email hidden) & greet with The Concierge (Aust). Arrivals between 9:30am-6:30pm will incur no additional charge. Arrivals between 6am-9:30am & 6:30pm-10:30pm will be charged an additional $20 and for arrivals between 10:30pm-6am, an additional $50 will be charged. This additional amount is to be paid in cash directly to the contact on arrival.

The Neighborhood

With Chapel Street a stones throw from your front door, guests can enjoy a wonderful range of bars, restaurants and good coffee places as well as great access to Melbourne's public transport.
When heading out the front of the building, turn left and head towards Chapel St. From there you can turn left and head towards Prahran & South Yarra or right to head towards Balaclava & St Kilda. Chapel St is great for cloths shopping with many local and international brands available at your doorstep. Make sure you stop at one of the many cafés and enjoy some of the best coffee found in Australia. Explore Prahran Market and enjoy all the fresh fruit & veggies, sample from many of the delicatessens and smell the aromas of the freshly baked breads. The Railway Hotel located at 29 Chapel St (approx 120m) (email hidden) for an afternoon drink or light meal and also offers a 24 hour bottle shop. If you enjoy the beach, head down to St Kilda and discover the beach promenade, more restaurants and beautiful sunsets.

Getting around

If you want to get to the centre of town, transport from here is plentiful with Windsor station just opposite the entrance to the building. You can take the train direct into Flinders St station (approx. 10mins) or catch a tram from Dandenong Rd (approx. 30mins).

  • A very cool funky pad, conveniently and centrally located, comfortable bed and very quiet considering its position to a train station. This place has everything you could want - its very clean and functional, with thoughtful appointments. Ben is a great communicator and everything went super smoothly. I really enjoyed my stay. The cafe downstairs does excellent coffee and banana fingers.

  • This is a great and private apartment on top of a great coffee and breakfast cafe, close to the train that goes straight into Melbourne, and with a street full of vintage shopping, asian food, yoga classes and it a lll.

  • The place was run like a boutique hotel. Ben was as professional as they come. The location could not be beat. The walls are a tad thin, but then again, you are in a flat and not a cookie cutter hotel. 5 stars from me.

  • Excellent apartment and incredibly quiet considering its a 20 second walk to the train station and Chapel Street. Great location and apartment has everything you would need for short or longer stay. Ben was excellent to deal with.

  • Ben was waiting for us when my sister and I arrived at this apartment. The place is stunning and they have thought of everything. There is a great coffee shop downstairs and this place is so well located in Melbourne. A bonus is the parking options which is really difficult to find in Melbourne!!

  • We had a great stay. Ben (email hidden), never intrusive but always replying promptly to our emails. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beaten: right in the heart of Windsor and just a stone's throw away from the station.

  • My stay at Ben's place was amazing. He is a pleasure to communicate with and the apt was perfect. It was exactly what I needed. Close to transportation and the long row of shops and eateries along chapel st.

  • Firstly the apartment is amazing, everything you could need and more! The location is perfect, just of Chapel Street with bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, a cinema etc. right on your doorstop. Windsor train station is just outside which will take you pretty much anywhere in the city you need to go. The Lost Boys cafe downstairs does great breakfasts and coffee too. We loved staying there and had 4 very peaceful and enjoyable nights.

    Secondly Ben was brilliant. He looked after our bags for us when we arrived hours before the check out time, quick to respond to any questions we had and lovely to deal with. Thanks Ben :)

    Highly recommended.
