Entry to the property is via a personal meet & greet with The Concierge (Aust).
Arrivals between 9:30am-6:00pm will incur no additional charge. Arrivals between 6am-9:30am & 6:00pm-10:30pm will be charged an additional $20.00. Arrivals between 10:30pm-6am will be charged an additional $50.00. Additional charges are to be paid in cash on arrival.
An email will be sent to the guests personal email within 48 hours of arrival with specific instructions. We do require the guest to contact us when 30 minutes away so we can meet them at the property on time.
A valid credit card with photo ID in the card holders name is required on arrival to cover any incidental charges.
Interaction with Guests
The apartment is fully self contained with the only common areas being the foyer of the building. The Concierge (Aust) is not based at the building so there is not additional guest interaction after the guests arrival.
With Chapel Street a stones throw from your front door, guests can enjoy a wonderful range of bars, restaurants and good coffee places as well as great access to Melbourne's public transport.
When heading out the front of the building, turn left and head towards Chapel St. From there you can turn left and head towards Prahran & South Yarra or right to head towards Balaclava & St Kilda. Chapel St is great for cloths shopping with many local and international brands available at your doorstep. Make sure you stop at one of the many cafés and enjoy some of the best coffee found in Australia. Explore Prahran Market and enjoy all the fresh fruit & veggies, sample from many of the delicatessens and smell the aromas of the freshly baked breads. The Railway Hotel located at 29 Chapel St (approx 120m) is a great place for an afternoon drink or light meal and also offers a 24 hour bottle shop. If you enjoy the beach, head down to St Kilda and discover the beach promenade, more restaurants and beautiful sunsets.
If you want to get to the centre of town, transport from here is plentiful with Windsor station just opposite the entrance to the building. You can take the train direct into Flinders St station (approx. 10mins) or catch a tram from Dandenong Rd (approx. 30mins).

Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and guest amenities are offered on all properties managed by THE CONCIERGE (Aust).
NOTE: for stays of 28 plus days there is an exit cleaning fee of $150.00.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
•Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
•Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
•Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
•Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am. Dishes should be cleaned and rubbish removed. The tenant is obliged to take care of the flat and look after it and is obliged to keep the accommodation in the same condition as found on arrival. Furthermore, the tenant is obliged to compensate for any damage or loss occurring in the accommodation due to his own fault or the fault of accompanying persons. To avoid additional cleaning charges dishes should be cleaned properly including grease build up and burns on pans. Excess food & rubbish should be disposed of. A replacement fee will be charged for towels stained by hair dyes, bleaches, tanning & make up and greasy burnt saucepans. Finger prints and food spillages caused by infants must be cleaned also. Please note that there is no need to clean bed linen or towels as these will be professionally laundered. Keys may be left in the apartment or returned personally by arrangement. Guests will be charged $170.00 if keys are not returned.
•Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
•Pets are not allowed.
•Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
•No smoking is allowed in the apartment

What a fabulous (website hidden) central to great restaurantsand bars ! I went to Prahan markets to stock the kitchen with a few essentials .we traveled into the city centre via train just a few steps away .
Ben was welcoming and prompt in arriving And handing over the key and showing us around .
Fully stocked kitchen with even a coffee machine!

Ben was very welcoming and was very informative. It was very pleasant staying at the apartment. Garage was easy to access, and it's quiet at night. Below, the restaurants and cafes are amazing for brunch and all. Would definitely come back again!
We really enjoyed staying at this place. It has every amenity you could possibly need in place, and the checkin procedure was very smooth. Ben met us at the apartment and gave us a good tour.
Wonderful location and brilliant accommodation. Hassle free booking and key pick up, small details such as milk in the fridge, toiletries and a UK- aus adaptor much appreciated. Everything we needed was here and Ben was a really friendly host. If you're looking for accommodation in the heart of the Chapel St action this is definitely for you! Parking was a huge help too.
Ben is extremely welcoming and considerate. And the apartment is terrific - great location, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. My only complain is that with so many local cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and with the beach a short tram ride away and the CBD just a ten minute tram ride away, I didn't have a chance to spend much time in the apartment!
Clean apartment, good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Really good coffee at Two Lost Boys downstairs. 4 train stops from the CBD. Secure car park is really handy if you are considering driving around Melbourne.
