Angela's appartment looks even better in real life than it does in pictures. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and the location is awesome. We also found the neighborhood safe. Some of the amenities are quite difficult to work with, but you should be able to figure it out with proper instructions.

I loved my one month stop at The Hideaway. It is a large space up on the top floor, with a terrace on top. Grisel and Angela were helpful and accommodating - taking care of the odd snag during my stay really quickly. The Hideaway is in San Telmo and really handy for the main tourist streets and the famous Sunday street market. I especially appreciated the detailed house manual which includes a whole heap of suggestions for things to see and do during the time I was in Buenos Aires. Many thanks

Angela was really helpful, and made arriving in a new country with a different language a lot easier/less daunting. The communication was excellent, from the time that we booked to the end of our trip. She organised a taxi from the airport, and back to the airport for departure. She also sent us her own guide book on what to do in Buenos Aires which was really useful. The apartment loft is very well located in San Telmo, and it was a great place for us to stay. We really enjoyed the early 20th century colonial style building. It's very well maintained and warm. There is a very old/antique elevator to get up to the loft, which was quite novel and a bit of an adventure back in time. It reminded me of my childhood. I can't a think of a single negative experience at Angela's loft. I've been running an Airbnb in New Zealand for over a year, and will take few pages out of Angela's setup. I highly recommend it. 5 stars for everything! Thanks Angela and her team for making our 10 day stay a great experience.

Amazing hideaway in the most charming neighborhood, and possibly my favorite in BsAs, San Telmo. Huge and spacious, with various nooks and the Terrace for people to get some privacy if they need - this place really is magical. Very comfortable and quiet. Our only complaint is that the space's amenities were a bit old - and so we were quite often fussing with how to get things working, rather it was the stove, the stereo or the TV. During the colder seasons you might want to utilize the heaters (which are tricky to start too) as it felt pretty frigid to us. Angela was very communicative and we wish we could have met her when we stayed.

We've had à great time in Angela's appartment! The location between the docks and San Telmo was ideal, and the place perfect to chill and pepare some asados on the roof! I would definitely recommend this place

Great loft experience in arty/grungy San Telmo. We loved the loft, it was perfect for our needs. It's great proximity to Plaza Dorrego and Defensa street where the markets are on Sunday. Grisel was lovely and helpful. We loved Sagardi restaurant, Fredy's Choripan and coffee town coffee which are all a few blocks from the loft. Wifi was a bit patchy (and we really needed it to chase up annoying luggage issues with the airline), and it took a while to heat up (gas heater in an old space) - but otherwise great! We didn't get to use the rooftop as it was raining, but it looks great for warmer weather.

I've begun splitting my time between New Orleans and Buenos Aires, so if I'm not there in BA when you stay with us, my friends Grisel and Andrew will be there to take care of you.

I taught writing in universities around the world for most of my life (Italy, Panama, France, Miami, Egypt). Now I run my own vacation rental business.

My husband John is a filmmaker. He makes family films. The actors are often our three cats: Felipe, Cortado and Bonzie.

John and I both love cooking, music, and, of course, travel. In 2015 we took a five-week trip in South America, so if you have any questions about traveling you think I can help with, let me know. I'm happy to help.

We've been renting out our spaces since 2008; we've made friends all over the world and learned so much. A bunch of them even came to our wedding in April 2015. Talk about an inspiring group of guests.
