  • Adina was a great host, welcoming us and being accessible for other requests during our stay. Great location, spacious rooms, lots of hot water. We had an amazingly tasty brunch at the Sunshine Company around the corner on Washington ave. The back deck is awesome.

    April 2014
  • Great apartment, great location, great host. Would definitely book again on future trips to Brooklyn.

    March 2014
  • Adina was great! Even though the previous guests had left late, she stuck around very late cleaning, and helped load our bags in. She also brought us donuts the next day for the slight inconvenience. We will definitely be staying here next year if it's available!

    March 2014
  • A great and BIG place to stay in NYC. We came with 5 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable and Adina was very responsive whenever we had a requests or concern.

    January 2014
  • Everything was perfetly organized and Adina helped out with each small request promptly. Thanks a lot! We felt like home...

    January 2014
  • We were so fortunate to stay in Adina's beautiful, ideally located apartment! This is our second visit, this time for a combined work/play trip in NYC. Other than the upstairs room being too warm (issue with the boiler that Adina is aware of), we were very comfortable. Adina is a pleasure to work with, too... very prompt, communicative, and eager to make her guests comfortable. Thank you thank you thank you!

    November 2013
  • Communication was prompt and everything went smoothly. Place was as described :)

    October 2013
  • We had a lift booked in SoHo with a management company and 10 days before our scheduled arrival the management company advised me that there was a conflict with the owner so our reservation couldn't be honored.

Thank goodness for Adina, when I told her our problem & how that close to our travel time I was unable to find a replacement rental, she came to our rescue.

There were 3 couples that went on our trip & we were all extremely happy with the unit & the attentiveness of Adina & her team. They saved our vacation!

    October 2013
  • Staying at Adina's Brooklyn apartment was truly a pleasure! It was very spacious, almost everything was as described in the ad and every necessary was furnished. Adina's employee was very professional, accomodating, polite and available for us!
I would definitely go back and I would suggest this property for people coming to visit New York.

    September 2013

About
I'm a recovering international development consultant and aspiring entrepreneur. I used the proceeds from hosting in my home to found a non-profit, the Veneration Project, which is working on expanding intergenerational and Senior housing options in Brooklyn. Meanwhile I got hooked on hosting and started a business helping fellow Brooklynites offer their homes to support their own callings (to see all our properties check out my site Adina's Brooklyn!). We specialize in monthly rentals. I'm a founding member of the Brooklyn Hosting Collective, a network of Brooklyn hosts dedicated to the highest safety, quality and hosting standards. I'm also a constant student and part time teacher of yoga and love offering private and meditation classes on request. Along with my team (Hayley, Brian, Oscar, Jessica & Sara) I'm available 24/7 to address any requests, concerns, or small crises. We love to help in any way we can, from personal grocery shopping and concierge services to house-call yoga classes and personal chef service. We offer clear, thorough house guides to each of our properties, along with our own awesome neighborhood guides for Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant, and more coming! Look forward to meeting you!!
