The Space

Fully equipped newly renovated one bedroom. The very centre of the centre of the city. 15 minutes easy walk to Stanley Park "the best park in the World" and all of Vancouver city's major attractions. 2 minutes to Robson Street and Davie Street, 10 minutes walk to English Bay, Coal Harbour (Canada Place and Convention Centre), False Creek and Hockey/Football Stadium. 20 minute walk to Granville Island.

Pullout double bed means the apartment can sleep 4 comfortably.

Unique renovated heritage loft building (former HQ for BC Hydro).

Walk to Canada Place. 3 Blocks to Skytrain and Canada Line.

Fantastic view. Corner apartment. Floor to ceiling windows facing North and East.

Industrial quality windows+A/C means you can live in the very heart of the action with no street noise!

The Neighborhood

Typically bustling upscale downtown area. 15 minutes walk to Stanley Park, half hour to Granville Island, two blocks to main shopping street (Robson) in one direction and to gay village in the other (Davie). Immediately across street from very upscale hotels, a major city hospital and 7 minutes walk to the Convention Centre.

Getting around

Excellent bus service throughout the city available within 5 minute walk and both light rail transit services including to airport and more distant locations (and suburbs) is 7 minutes walk away.

  • Whilst we never met Michael, he was excellent at communicating by e-mail. We had no problem at check-in. The apartment is in a superb location if you want to be in the heart of Downtown Vancouver - hard to imagine a better location! Despite being in the centre of Downtown, it was very quiet.
    The apartment is well appointed with everything you could need. It is close to a good grocery store if not! It also gives the use of a free laundry on site, which we found very useful.

    방 주인인 Mike와 그의 조카 Miguel도 상당히 친절 하신 분들이라 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

  • I loved my stay in this apartment. Michael is a great host, responding promptly to my emails, and was very considerate, meeting my numerous requests. Miguel, Michael's nephew, was responsible for giving us the keys and settling us in. He was very friendly and proved very flexible when we changed meeting times. The apartment itself is in a brilliant position, within walking distance of almost everything, and the bus to the university (UBC) leaves from just across the street. Many coffee shops and places to eat nearby, and a supermarket just down the street in the same block. The views are great and there were no nasty surprises. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it is very clean and neat. I would definitely stay there again.

  • Very good location, you can walk to everywhere in downtown!
    The apartment was in a good size, but the bathroom could be more clean.
    Michael replied to all my contacts promptly, really enjoyed his assistance.
    Duly recommend that place!

  • Fantastic location! Short run to English Bay, a couple of blocks to Robson Street shopping and within walking distance of great restaurants. Downtown Vancouver at your doorstep and fabulous views from the living room. Meticulous information provided by host, prompt correspondence and easy key drop off by nephew. Would definitely book this place again. Thank you!

  • My husband and I had a wonderful time at Michael's place. Michael is a prompt and efficient communicator, he provided details information on how to get his place. Very clean place with full equipment kitchen. Michael's apartment is located in downtown, 7mins to Skystrain by walk and 15mins to waterfront.

  • Mike was instantly responsive (despite being in Thailand when we booked!) and great host - clear, efficient and organised.
    The apartment was conveniently located for getting around the city, well equipped and comfortable.

  • Our stay in Vancouver at Michael's condo was PERFECT! Any questions we had were responded to immediately. Miguel, his nephew, was also very helpful as Michael was out of the country at the time of our visit. Film crew was also at the location filming a television episode and that made it even more exciting. Totally non-disruptive - just cool!
    Condo is perfect location and we would be happy to stay here again during our next visit to the beautiful city of Vancouver!

  • I had a great stay at Michael's apartment. The location is excellent and the views can't be beat! He was very accommodating - particularly with check-in and check-out times. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Vancouver.
