Typically bustling upscale downtown area. 15 minutes walk to Stanley Park, half hour to Granville Island, two blocks to main shopping street (Robson) in one direction and to gay village in the other (Davie). Immediately across street from very upscale hotels, a major city hospital and 7 minutes walk to the Convention Centre.
Excellent bus service throughout the city available within 5 minute walk and both light rail transit services including to airport and more distant locations (and suburbs) is 7 minutes walk away.

Michael was very easy to deal with and accommodating upon my arrival. The apartment was great, and in a nice area of town. Great free laundry room on the same floor as the unit!
Communication with Michael prior to our arrival was straightforward and the check-in process was very easy. The place was very comfortable for the four of us and had all the amenities we could have wanted. The apartment is located in a great location. We were 10-15 minutes walk from the Vancouver Convention Centre (which was our daily destination during our stay) and were surrounded by a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and markets as well great opportunities for Vancouver sightseeing. Definitely recommended.
Fernande was very responsive and accommodating, she showed all thing about place, like gym, social space; and told us some information about this city. the place is heart of city, we can walk to anywhere easily, we really like this place, and we would stay here again.
This apartment is centrally located and could walk pretty much anywhere. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.
Michael was very nice. He met us at the door and showed us around the condo. He arranged a spot for us to stow our car while we were there. We found it easy to walk, use public transportation, or get a cab, rather than using our car while there.
The condo has a great view of downtown. It is central to lots of restaurants, and has a nice natural foods market across the street where we picked up dinner a couple times. The bedroom was comfortable, the living area and dining area were comfortable and have that great view.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to return sometime soon. We'd definitely stay at Michael's condo again.

It was a pleasure dealing with Michael, very responsive & would deal with any questions that we had. The location of the apartment was a bonus as well, close to restaurants, Granville (entertainment district), super markets - you pretty much have everything you need within a 10 minute walking distance. Apartment was as pictured and the stay was very pleasant.
Our family enjoyed our stay at Michael's place. Michael and Fernande were very accommodating and responsive. Fernande met and let us dropped off our luggage before checking time, then took the time to show us the amenities of the building. We appreciated the fact that our hosts had provided toiletry items - and even laundry detergent - to make our stay comfortable. Our boys really liked the pool table and the gym, and we all LOVED the views and the location of the apartment.
