The 25 sqm room is on the second floor of a terrace house, accessible by wooden stairs, with its own bathroom and toilets.
It's furnished with a wooden queen size opium bed, and simple book shelvings and built in wardrobe.
The flooring is made of exotic wood.
The bathroom is simple, with its own toilets, and large shower. The floor and walls are covered with Ceramic tiles.

Singapore is a great place to jog, but for the ones who prefer race track, there is a stadium 15 mn jog from the house, and an olympic size swimming pool .

This was my first Airbnb stop and I can't imagine it could have been much better. Elisa, Xavier, and KayKay (who looked after me when Elisa and Xavier were not about) were helpful, positive, encouraging. I thought the ensuite rooms wonderful for my purpose. The room exhibits a real personality and there is a terrific collection of books. The breakfasts were exotic for a European taste but that suited me. The location was excellent. In Serangoon market I made friends. I shall visit again. X&E are dealers in oriental furniture which I found very interesting. The house furnishings reflect this.
I had to be at Changi airport very early on my last morning. They booked me a taxi and Xavier had served me an excellent breakfast with first rate coffee by 6AM. He had a word with the taxi driver to make sure I was taken to exactly the right place.
I feel privileged to have been a guest at their house. I shall check out the house in Pontivy too as that is a part of France my wife and I go to visit many times.
My thanks to Xavier and Elisa.
The short: Great room. Great people. Excellent location. Large and tasty breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Easy public transport connections.
The long: The room was exactly as described and very comfortable. The hospitality was exceptional. We were fortunate that Xavier had time available to sit and chat since that is what most contributes to making Airbnb stays so special. Elisa was on hand to offer tips about getting around and even organised our airport taxi for us. Awesome coffee. Great stay.
It's our 2nd time to stay in Xavier's lovely house^_^ the clean room, the friendly house owner and the cute dog ensure the highest quality in SG! We wish to stay there again in the future.
It was an impressive experience to stay with Elisa (though we didn't have chance to meet Xavier ). Elisa is so nice and it was very happy to share the travelling experience during the beautiful breakfast. We must thanks Elisa and her helper that they have take care us very well.
I hope that we can stay longer next time.
my husband want to say thank you again for the gift prepared by Elisa.
It's very nice to stay at Eliza's house! It's my first time to visit Singapore, it's a very good experience to stay there. The area was safe and refreshing! The room was clean and very comfortable. Thanks Kay Kay making delicious breakfast for us in every good morning. I will stay here again when I come back to Singapore!
We had a lovely stay at their house. We only met Elisa and Xavier briefly, since they were leaving shortly after but they were extremely nice. They even sent us further recommendations via email (Thanks so much for that). KK, their lovely housekeeper, provided us one of the best breakfasts we had during our trip. She is so nice and helpful. We would definitely come back.
It was a very good and comfortable accommodation. The room was quiet with a very good bed. We were very warmly welcomed by Kay Kay although it was quite late at night. As well she was there, when we left very early in the morning. She was nice and gave us all the information we asked for. She was always there and helped us if necessary. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. We can highly recommend this place. When ever we go back to Singapore we would like to stay there again.
Staying with this family home has been one of the best places we've been, aside from having a great host Elisa has given us tips on places we can see and dine and have accommodated an extra time for us till our flight, kaykay their housekeeper is a great tourist guide ha ha well informed of everything around singapore...will surely miss this place they makes us feel at home..
Xavier and Elisa were absolutely fantastic hosts. Right from landing in Singapore we felt welcome and in good hands. Since our first breakfast was on a Sunday, we were fortunate enough to sit and have a leisurely conversation with them. They shared stories, delicious cheese and tips on what to do in Singapore. That set the stage for what ended up being truly wonderful trip. They also have a very nice helper KayKay and an exceedingly cute dog Kimi who were there to welcome us when Xavier and Elisa were busy.
In Singapore we did most of our commuting using the MTR system. There are a couple of stations nearby and we ended up using Lorong Chuan(Central line) the most. The highlights of the trip were- The stunning food; particularly the sting ray from Chomp Chomp and the crab from House of seafood, Gardens by the bay, Pula Ubin island, Mac Ritchie nature reserve, generally roaming around the city snacking and of course a great stay.
We had a very nice stay at Xavier and Elisa. The room was spacious, cozy and clean with private bathroom. The couple served us great breakfasts with French delicacies. In addition, Xavier and Elisa were very helpful by giving us inside tips about where to go in the city. We definitely recommend this accommodation!!
